I have to say that food is very spicy there. I thought level 2 in the middle would be an in between but that was a level 5/5 spiciness at other restaurants BUT food was very tasty & delicious. I had no problem with the service, our waitresses were great, attentive & suggested a mango drink for the spicy which helped so I definitely recommend it. It was also quite tasty, like mango yogurt. I like the decor too, just if it were my restaurant I would get light dimmer's, it feels like you're walking in a bright hospital hall.

I recently visited this restaurant & had a wonderful experience! The cuisine was delightful, & we especially appreciated that it wasn't overly spicy. We mentioned our preference to our waitress, Arushi, who was incredibly kind & attentive. She made sure our dishes were prepared with just the right amount of spices, perfectly suited to our taste. The atmosphere was warm & welcoming, & the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food with customizable spice levels. Definitely worth a visit!

I went to Shaaz with friends & we were amazed by the place & the service. Arushi gave us the best recommendations & at the end the plates were empty. Absolutely incredible & delicious food. ❤️

Honestly, this is one of the best Indian restaurants across montreal ! For a moment, I felt like I'm in South India Amazing foods - damn goooooooood! I'm speechless thou - Dread series guys

What a wonderful experience. Not only the food but the customer service was 💯. The staff knows the worth of customers & their needs. Food was authentic mughal Indian Cusine Spice level was as ordered. We ordered Telangana Chicken , Juicy Mutton Mandi & Pakak (Saag)Paneer with Mango Lassi The best part was the birthday celebration of us ( mother & daughter) was complementary 🍮 🍨 desserts offered with birthday song on the speaker & candles like sparkles 💖. The staff Aarushi made sure that we wait although our dinner was finished & we were about to leave, she insisted that we wait for the surprise 🥰💕🤩👏 It made us feel special, had soft Gulab Jamuna & Rasamalai what a combo. We had to cancel our plan for chocolate crepes that we had planned to eat after dinne

I want to express my gratitude to Chef Harish for preparing the Chikpet Donne biryani from Karnataka. With just the first bite, it brought back memories of home. Thank you, Harish, for such an amazing biryani. My trip to Montreal feels complete, & now I'm heading back home.

Went for a late supper around 8:30 & this place was BUSY on a Monday night. For a table of 2 we chose the Butter Paneer, the juicy mutton (reg.) that comes served on rice, 2 orders on Naan & ate WELL.(a little of everything left over) large menu, tons of choices as well as asian fusion noodles & vegetarian options all across the menu. For an establishment that has been open for a few months there are big things in store for them. 1000% recommend & will be coming back with a larger group as to try out more items on the menu since the meals are served in a sharing style. Loved it & Thank you for having us !

The food was amazing & delicious 😍😋! The service was also great! The quantity of food was also on point. No complaints whatsoever. The owner is also lovely, she went to every table to ask how the service was. I'm glad I came here & won't hesitate to pass by again 🙌 see you soon!

Our group of five ordered one family-sized Mutton Juicy Mandi & one Spicy Chicken Mandi for takeout. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. Before placing the order, I contacted them to confirm how many people each dish could serve. They assured me that a single Mandi could serve two people & the family-sized Mandi could serve three. However, when I opened the food at home, I was shocked by the quantity. Together, both dishes could only serve three people. The Mandi box & the family pack tray were not even 70% full. Based on the portions, I'd say the family pack could only serve two people, & the single Mandi box was also far from full. At that moment, I wasn't sure if this was a one-time issue or if it happens regularly. I contacted the restaurant to express my concern, but they responded by saying they couldn't do anything about it now & would not repeat it in the future. I had to drive all the way from Laval to downtown to pick up the order, & we ended up having to order from another restaurant to feed the remaining two people. I'm not here to comment on the taste-it was good-but the quantity was utterly disappointing. Due to this experience, they have lost me & my friends as customers. So, before ordering from this restaurant, be sure to take note of the portion sizes.
