We were a group of 6 who went to this place today. Chicken & Paneer was good. But the horrible thing was MALAI KOFTA which was more like CARDAMOM SOUP. There was no Malai in that. Worst MALAI KOFTA I have ever seen.
But, that was not at all... The scariest thing about today was that, the full serving area was managed by a BRAVE FEMALE STAFF. I forgot to ask her name but she gave her best to that job. She was taking orders, cleaning tables, handling the cash counter & serving food as well. We were there for more than 2 hours & there were almost 4-5 tables occupied by guests (somewhere around 20 people). But that girl was doing everything there was nobody who was assisting her. The shameless kitchen staff were watching through the glass but none of them had the courage to come out on the floor & help that girl.
The owner/manager should be ashamed of themselves for such poor management. This was a clear show of work place exploitation.
It felt like an Indian cooking Netflix show in there. Food was insane. Highly recommend lollipop chicken drums, it's the best fried chicken in town. Warning thought it's very complicated when the whole order is not shared with everyone.

Best Indian food in town. Chilli onion naan , kshatriya kebab, shahi thukda , Junnu are the best out of the dishes we tasted today. Mandi & Zafrani mutton Biryani are must try.
I had a great experience at dinner with family . The taste was owesome & food quality was literally great . Neha & sukhvinder was so nice to us & they both were doing very good at their jobs . They provide us hot food on time & did it very great✌?✌?✌?
The food was insanely good especially considering the low price the place gave a good Indian vibe & the waitress Sunny was very welcoming & she was looking after us during our service. Very good service & good waitress. I recommend !

Went to Shaaz yesterday to celebrate friend's bday. Tried their Paneer65 family mandi, tandoori malai chaap, mango lassi & Andra junnu. the family mandi was just incredible - huge portions & really tasty. The staff were just amazing, especially Neha. Her food recommendations were spot-on, & she & Sukhvinder even surprised us by singing'Happy Birthday'! It was such a sweet touch & made the night extra special. Honestly, we had such a great time.
Un coup de chance; une table où on a pu avoir une réservation samedi matin pour le samedi soir; c'est rare maintenant...
Très bon service, on prend de nous expliquer en quoi consiste le plat (le menu en français est bien détaillé) & nous avons très bien mangé, tant en quantité qu'en qualité. On y fait également des efforts louables pour y parler français.
Allez faire un tour vous ne le regretterez pas. Mes voisins de table étaient du même avis.
Guy, if you want to experience Indian food in Montreal you have to visit this place. Their Indo-Chinese is amazing & their mandi is great! Try their dragon chicken if you like spicy food!! Good food good service. Will visit again for sure!
The food is very delicious. One of the best indian restaurants in Montreal. The only negative thing I want to add: last time I went & ordered noodles & found a hair in it. Other than that, the food is very good. Everything tastes amazing.
