Excellent déjeuner ce matin dans ce chaleureux restaurant! La nourriture était tout simplement délicieuse, mais ce qui a vraiment fait toute la différence, c'est le service exceptionnel de Mary. Attentionnée, souriante & tellement professionnelle, elle a rendu l'expérience encore plus mémorable.
Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce beau moment. Nous reviendrons assurément!

C'était bon, mais je crois que mes attentes étaient trop grandes vu les excellentes critiques lues de part & d'autre. Dès l'arrivée, le service était très rapide (peut-être un peu trop ?) & constant tout au long. La nourriture était bonne, honnête mais sans plus, j'ai choisi oeufs bénédictines. Cependant, puisqu'il faisait froid dans le restaurant, la nourriture refroidissait aussi très vite, c'était moins agréable. C'était bon, au final, mais rien de plus ou de moins qu'un autre restaurant déjeuner.

I was visiting from Florida. My family lives in Laval. My cousin actually recommended it to me in October that was my first time & then just a week ago, it was my second time. The service is great. The food is delicious. Once you order. It comes out within five minutes.. Don't usually do reviews, but this place deserves a positive review.. Now every time I visit Laval, I'll make it a point to stop there at least once for breakfast

Absolutely the best breakfast & lunch spot in Montreal & Laval, by far! Everything was top-notch from start to finish. The food was absolutely scrumptious, & the portions were incredibly generous. I had the AAA sirloin steak & 3 eggs plate, which also comes with sliced tomatoes, a huge serving of potatoes, two toasts, & baked beans. All for $22.95. What a steal! This same plate would easily cost anywhere from $30 to $35 elsewhere.
The service was equally amazing. George, our waiter, was quick, efficient, personable, & very attentive. I will definitely ask for him next time I visit.
The owner, Mano, is a truly motivating leader & was actively helping his team in the dining room. It's refreshing to see such a hands-on & involved owner. You can really feel the positive energy throughout the restaurant.

I had a wonderful experience at Sel , Poivre & Pomme last Saturday we waited a little bit to enter but it was worth it. Mary, our waitress, was incredibly smiley, welcoming, & attentive, & the speed of service was excellent. The food was absolutely amazing truly wow! Everything from start to finish was perfect. I highly recommend this place & will definitely be coming back.

This was a good experience. Honestly I have had better crepes & pouched eggs, but this place falls on the higher end of my list. The staff are welcoming. Place is tidy & clean. Quality of the coffee could improve a little as well.
Overall if you are looking for a good brunch with reasonable price in a cosy environment in Laval, this place is a one the bests.

Je suis sans mot positivement!! C'était de loin le meilleur déjeuner/dîner de 2025!!!!! Le service ultra courtois & rapide, nous avons reçu nos assiettes en 10 minutes! Le poulet du club sandwich était juteux, tendre & délicieux! Mon conjoint a pris un bénédictine au poulet, avocat, bacon feta avec sauce hollandaise épicée !! Une DELECTABLE expérience!!! You guys rock!!!
