AMAZING breakfast/brunch spot. As good as my Italian sausage omelet was, the true star of the show was the Reese's waffle. That's the best damn waffle I've had in my entire life & whichever one is second is very distant. That alone is worth coming here (I think I'm still coming down the high from it 😅 ).
I'd be remiss if I didn't talk about my waitress, Sophie. It's no secret, I've said it before: no matter how good the food is, the experience can be made even more unforgettable by the right waiter or waitress & Sophie 100% did that for me. Her service was awesome & you can't put a price on being able to cap off a meal with an actually fun conversation.
Hands down the best breakfast restaurant in Laval!! Not only is the food great quality but the prices are great as well. The staff & owners are second to none. Do yourself a favour & go check them out. You will not be disappointed.

I had such a beautiful breakfast experience at Sel & Poivre with my niece. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth (& coffee-always a win!).
The space is super cute & full of charm, with cozy décor that makes you want to linger. What really made our visit special was Mano-an absolute gem. He was sweet, attentive, & effortlessly charming, making the whole experience feel personal & fun.
& the frappé? Easily one of the best I've had in Montreal-perfectly made & so refreshing.

Me & my family always have an amazing experience here. This is our go to spot, it never disappoints! From the minute you walk in the atmosphere feels warm, welcoming & friendly. Best breakfast place in Laval. The food is always excellent & fresh. Best prices in laval. 20$ a person & the portions are very generous. Always friendly service & the owner Manos is always smiling. Accommodated us for 20 ppl very quickly. Love this place!!! Do yourself a favour & visit this place
We stopped in after our weekend hockey tournament looking for some good breakfast. Geo was amazing !!! He's so talented & personal. Takes a really special person to be busy but still make you feel like your his only priority !! We're in the area a lot for hockey tournaments. We'll be back !! 10 stars for Geo if I could !!n

A very good place for amazing breakfast. We went here on a Sunday morning & it was pretty much packed. Since we were only two people, we got the table a bit easily.
We went for a Chateau Chambord combo & a Spinach, Shallots, Feta Victorian Crepe. Pretty much everything was great. Not a fan of almonds on a half waffle. Coffee was good as well.
The staff was nice & friendly. The parking is a shared parking with other businesses in the plaza & very limited spots, so on a busy day it might be challenging to find one.
Definitely recommended!
Took my family for a late breakfast/lunch. Of course the restaurant was very busy, but they managed to get a group of 9 seater within 20 mins. Menu was extensive with choices for everyone. Food arrived quickly & was excellent, our waiter was very attentive. Would definitely recommend anyone in Laval to give this place a try.

The food is absolutely amazing-fresh, flavorful, & beautifully prepared. The ambiance is cozy & warm, making it the perfect spot to relax & enjoy a great breakfast. You can really feel the love & effort this family puts into their restaurant.
