I normally love coming to my nearest second cup. I often order via the app for personal reasons, & it's never been an issue until this location. It's normally the same one guy at the front here. After waiting in the store for ~15 mins, I went up & asked if my order had went through, & the man was very rude & insistent that I hadn't ordered, despite it being right there on my phone. It wasn't very busy, either. Eventually, he rolled his eyes & very obviously annoyed made my two drinks by looking at my phone, but one of them wasn't even correct. Nor did it taste good, it was like water instead of hot chocolate.View more
