Je retourne au Second Cup, ils ont reçu les K-Cups. Lorsque je veux ma carte de points, encore une fois, l'employée me dit qu'elle ne sait pas comment faire???
C'est la 2e fois. Former mieux vos employés &/ou remercier les incompétents.

Je passe au Second Cup pour acheter 3 boîtes de K-Cup. Puisqu'on achète seulement ce café, nous avons une carte de points. Dernièrement, on ne peut pas acheter notre café, car on nous dit qu'ils attendent leur commande depuis 2 semaines... permettez-moi d'en douter. Donc, Second Cup a-t-il décidé de cesser la vente des K-C, si oui il serait important d'aviser vos clients.View more

Le café est propre mais une des serveuses s'est trompée dans ma commande, en soi ce n'est pas grave mais honnêtement, j'ai eu l'impression que son erreur ne l'a pas prise au sérieux, elle m'a donné un breuvage froid alors que je voulais le chaud , elle ne m'a même pas demandé lequel je voulais durant la commande, il faisait frais dehors, je pensais que c'était évident, ensuite elle m'avait dit que je ne lui ai pas mentionné ça, normalement elle aurait dû vérifier avant de le préparer surtout pour un breuvage à 6$, pour arranger cela, elle a chauffé le breuvage froid qu'elle a préparé, honnêtement, je n'aimais pas son goût, internet était très lente aussi ... Although second cup as a coffee chain is excellent & has great Canadian coffee, I will not be returning to this location. The staff was exceptionally rude to my sister, mother & elderly grandmother when they visited the location. I will be using other locations in the future.View more

The coffee was really good the staff was very very friendly the place was clean however the Blueberry Scone tasted like it was frozen all of their muffins are wrapped up in plastic because they don't sell enough. None of the pastries are fresh I would not go backView more
