The taste of cheesecake is good however the taste of coffee was worst in this second cup café. Location is excellent, staff are nice but won`t be visiting here again for coffee.

This place was out of a lot of the items listed on their menu. Out of teas, splenda & who knows what. The girls that served me were very efficient & made light of the situation. It's obviously a management problem.
nothing smooth about smoothies from that location. you chew on ice & throw away a half of a drink as you need utensils to "enjoy" it. been there a couple of times over the last 2 years. always bad. other location downtown does way better job.
Honestly most mid beverage I have gotten. Two redbull infusions for 18$ is bonkers. Tasted watered down. Would recommend to someone who doesn't like sweet things though. Edit: Wrote this while finishing my beverage, I take back what I said about the sweetness. Bottom of the cup gave me diabetes.
I really liked the place itself! I got a bacon, egg, & cheese bagel that was pretty good. However, I also got a lavender lemonade refresher that tasted like straight up carbonated water with nothing else. The place is really nice though & the servers are nice too.

In the midst of busy downtown this place is perfect when you want to relax after shopping......I really enjoy their coffee.......they have amazing flavors both for coffee & tea........best place to calm down in the downtown of Montreal
I've been here a few times in the past couple of months & each time I placed a mobile order & each time I've had to wait & wait & wait - & it wasn't busy. They clearly have an issue with mobile orders, because everyone who walked in AFTER I placed my order & was already waiting for 5-7 minutes was able to order & get their drink before me. Definitely will not give this location another chance.
Went last Friday for a Red Bull with raspberry & rose. I paid 8 DOLLARS just to see how I was served half of the Red Bull that I paid topped with sparkling water. I paid 8 dollars for something that tasted like sparkling water with a couple of flavour pumps. It's not fair since I am paying the 8 dollars for the WHOLE Red Bull... My roomie works at another location & told me that this beverage is not even meant to have sparkling water... yikes.
They have a very nice & yummy coffee & hot chocolate & many varities of coffee, & the staff is really humble & have lots of patience in them. They are cool with kids & as well as with elderly customers. Overall experience is really good but it's expensive for a small coffee too.
It's a great palace to grab a cup of coffee while you wait, do some work, or do college homework. The staff are friendly. I recommend having a piece of cheese cake with your coffee.
Impeccable customer service. Unrelated : I forgot my wallet on their counter by mistake... called in 2 hours later they made sure I was the right person & gave it to me with pleasure once i came back.
