15 minutes pour me faire un thé glacé.Les prix sont exorbitants.Le service était vraiment minable, le personnel ne parlait même pas français & en plus ils étaient arrogants.Première & dernière fois que j'y vais.

La préparation du café est très longue, les employés sont très lents.

Always had a problem with their black coffee not up to the mark .. its better to get it from tim hortons

Four major big points: 1) Only café chain offering Almond Date smoothie 2) No upcharge (no allergy tax) for dairy free milk options 3) Canadian 4) Their Hot Chocolate is my wife's favorite among all the big café chains.

There are a lot room to be improved!
Poor service in getting the order & processing for customer.
Barista doesn't know well the receipt how to make the drinks (put the wrong regular milk for my Choco-Banane that supposed to be Oat milk).
Lastly, just got my drink on the blank cup without the Second Cup Logo 🥤
