About

Scores serves as a destination for rotisserie chicken enthusiasts who prioritize consistent quality and traditional preparation methods. The menu centers on signature spit-roasted chicken, often accompanied by house-made sauce and unlimited coleslaw. Beyond the primary poultry offerings, the kitchen provides a variety of grilled selections, including ribs and steaks, prepared to specification. Guests select from an extensive salad bar that provides a substantial range of fresh greens and prepared sides. The interior design emphasizes practical functionality, providing a structured environment suited for groups and families seeking hearty staples. Every dish reflects a commitment to the classic rotisserie format that has become synonymous with the brand identity across its various locations. The culinary approach focuses on delivering substantial portions through a reliable menu that avoids complex fusion elements in favor of established comfort food standards.

Run down place with trash food. I'm not sure who is still giving these guys business to keep them operating. Been to (unfortunately) two different events here now & it is always the same issue.

We attended a function at Ressco Salle de réception & restaurant on July 18, & unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
The service was extremely poor. Staff were not attentive, & the overall service was slow & badly managed. I would rate the service only 2 out of 10.
The quality & taste of the food were also not satisfactory at all. Based on our experience, I would rate the food only 1 out of 10.
For a reception venue, guests expect good food, professional service, & proper hospitality, but unfortunately, none of these expectations were met during our visit. Management should seriously improve both the food quality & customer service.
Overall, I would not recommend this venue based on our experience.

I generally don't write reviews, positive or negative, but after our experience, I felt compelled to share this one.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this hall. They over-promised & severely under-delivered, turning what should have been a special celebration into a stressful & embarrassing experience.

Before booking, we sampled the food on two separate occasions at the owner's restaurant because he made it difficult for us to bring in our own caterer, citing his own reasons. We respected his policy. We were initially skeptical because the cook specialized more in Sri Lankan cuisine than Punjabi cuisine, but the food we sampled was good. Unfortunately, the food served at our event was completely different in quality, taste, & preparation.

The service was unacceptable. There were no timely refills of water, food trays, plates, napkins, or utensils, & guests regularly waited 20-30 minutes or more for basic items. The hall was also extremely hot. We asked staff at least five times to increase the air conditioning, but nothing changed.

We specifically requested that the gulab jamun be served hot, yet it was served cold & very late, with many guests never getting any. The food quality was also poor. The malai kofta consisted almost entirely of potatoes, the manchurian was hard & rubbery, & the mixed vegetables appeared to be frozen Costco vegetables.

One of the biggest disappointments was the naan. We repeatedly confirmed, including the night before, that it would be freshly made in a tandoor. We were assured a tandoor would be arranged or fresh naan sourced from another restaurant. Instead, what appeared to be Costco naan was served.

Planning the event was equally frustrating. The owner made it difficult for us to use our own decorator. Initially, he said our decorator could only enter around 3:00-3:30 p.m. for our 6:00 p.m. event, leaving very little setup time. At the same time, he claimed the hall could still host another event the morning of our function or even be rented the day before, & would advise us the day of when the decorator can come in. He also claimed he didn't have enough tablecloths yet he advertises he can cater to 200-250 people; forcing us to obtain them through our decorator. Our decorator can confirm these conversations & the unnecessary difficulties we experienced during setup.

Perhaps the most frustrating part was that the owner wasn't even present at our event, leaving everything to staff who appeared unprepared & unsure of what they were doing. We believe he wasn't there, to save his face for the embrarasment he caused us.

This event was incredibly important to our family. In Punjabi culture, hospitality & service are everything. We paid the full amount upfront, complied with every request, & trusted that everything would be handled professionally. Instead, many of our guests barely ate because of the poor food & service, leaving us embarrassed in front of our family & community.

To the Punjabi community in particular, I would strongly encourage you to think carefully before booking this hall. Food quality, hospitality, & service are at the heart of our celebrations, & our experience fell far short of what was promised.

We spent a significant amount of money on what was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration & were left disappointed, embarrassed, & wishing we had chosen another venue. I cannot recommend this hall & would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with Rescue Banquet Hall. We chose this venue for our daughter's special event, expecting a memorable celebration, but unfortunately it turned into a very frustrating experience.

From the moment our guests entered the hall, the air conditioning was not working properly. In the middle of summer, the hall was extremely hot. we repeatedly asked the staff to increase the cooling, but nothing improved. It seemed the AC was either not working or had not been turned on properly.

The service was completely unorganized. For a gathering of around 150 guests, the staff had no idea how to manage food service. Paneer pakoras were being served only four pieces at a time while guests were waiting. Plates & spoons kept running out throughout the event, & we had to ask for them over & over again. A banquet hall hosting large events should never run out of basic items like plates & cutlery.

The food quality was also far below expectations. The Manchurian was so hard that it was almost impossible to enjoy. It was the worst Manchurian I have ever tasted. Even the Gulab Jamun, which should have been served warm, was served cold. Many of our guests complained about both the food & the service.

What disappointed us the most was that the owner took full payment but was not present during the event. There was no supervision, no accountability, & no concern for the problems we were facing. The staff appeared untrained & did not know how to manage an event of this size.

instead of enjoying the celebration, we spent the entire evening dealing with complaints from our guests. We paid for professional service, but unfortunately we did not receive it.

I cannot recommend Rescue Banquet Hall to anyone planning an important family function. If you value good food, proper service, & a comfortable environment for your guests, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. We are deeply disappointed, & I hope the management takes responsibility & improves their service so that no other family has to go through what we experienced.

We attended an engagement ceremony at Resco Banquet Hall, & unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.

The service was slow & poorly organized. People were left either waiting for plates or waiting for food, & many items were not restocked on time. The overall food quality was well below expectations, & several dishes, including the dessert, were served cold.

Overall, the poor food & lack of organization took away from what should have been a special celebration. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this venue for hosting an event.

The bathrooms were filthy & very dirty. I was contemplating using a bathroom outside of the hall, but they were mostly all closed as it was a Saturday evening.

Food was not good & cold. Service was poor throughout the whole event. It was terribly hot throughout the whole event, it felt like the AC was not running at all.

Very poorly managed hall & would not recommend anyone to do their events here. It was one disappointment after the other.

I would never recommend this hall to anyone.

I was waiting in line for the paneer pakoras, & the server came out with 4 pakoras for restock & there was close to 150 guests at the event.

I'm not sure why the AC wasn't running despite me asking the waiters to lower the temperature.

This whole event was handled very poorly by the hall & their staff.

If I had the option to give 0, I would do so. The food & the service were horrible. No one was picking up plates on time & they kept piling up on the table. Food was cold & was not restocked on time.

Honestly, I had a terrible experience as a guest to my cousin's engagement.

I expected better food & service.

Garbage food & garbage service. I recommend never doing an event at this hall.

I'm not sure why 13 year old boys were picking up plates.

Our group made the long trip down from Brampton for an event, & it turned out to be a total letdown. Both the catering & the service fell completely short of basic expectations. The food was a major letdown. The Manchurian was tough & rubbery, the naan tasted stale rather than freshly baked, & desserts meant to be enjoyed hot were served freezing cold.On top of that, the hospitality was non-existent. Tables lacked essential cutlery like spoons, & when we directly requested the staff to restock the plates, our complaints were ignored.Driving that distance only to deal with poor food & absent service was incredibly frustrating. Save your money & book elsewhere-we cannot recommend this place to anyone.
