Habituellement, on ne se trompe pas quand on va à ce Scores mais nous avons été très déçu lors de notre dernier souper où nous étions 6. Le serveur nous a apporté des enveloppes de mayonnaise qui déjà ouvertes, souillées & grasses!! Sur 4 enveloppes, y'en avait 2 d'ouvertes. Clairement, elles ont été prises dans la tablée d'un précédent client. Yeuark!! Quand on l'a dit au serveur, il en a rapporté d'autres... également souilées!! Il disait qu'il avait choisit des propres! Nooon, elles n'étaient pas propres & je lui ai montrées, mais il a abandonné de bien nous servir tout simplement. Très déçue par cette expérience. Nous allons délaissé ce Scores à l'avenir.
I liked it but the waitress gave us the receipt made us wait ten minutes for us to pay. She never gave us a refill on water. It was pretty expensive & she didn't help with the tip options. Other than that good food & a nice experience.

Nous y sommes allés en famille un jeudi soir pendant le temps des fêtes & nous étions quasiment seul dans ce grand restaurant. Nous avons donc eu un service hors pair! L'ambiance était un peu tristounette, & il faisait très froid dans le restaurant, comme si le chauffage avait été coupé pour économiser. J'espère que ce n'est pas toujours comme ça, ce serait triste de voir le restaurant préféré de mes enfants fermer!
We each ordered burgers, my wife ordered a spicy burger, & I ordered a Beyond burger. While the burger was tasty, it was a mess, with too many ingredients & sauce. It couldn't even be held properly without falling apart. I won't be ordering burgers again, but will stick with the chicken.

Food was ok. Waitress forgot to bring us our drinks but got charged for them anyway. Full amount of the gift card we had was not honored. We had to pay the taxes & tip extra even though money left on card. Manager was not present to discuss according to waitress.
Shout out to server Jason for an amazing service. I had him twice in a row in 2 weeks & he has been amazing every step of the way. Everything was clean & the food was delicious. Unlike the rice at Scores Dorval. It wasn't undercooked.
I went with my son who's autistic & asked for an isolated table, Chantal our waitress was very nice & empathetic. She was very helpful which made all the difference in our dining experience. Alex was great too & was able to accommodate our various requests with a smile. Food was great: nachos & chicken parmesan so delicious, only negative was the beef burger as it came very stiff, overcooked & burnt on the side. As a parent to an autistic child, it's very rare to find a restaurant were we can feel comfortable but Scores Chomedey made us feel that way, by having such great employees. Thank you Chantal, Alex & Scores for the pleasurable experience, we'll be back for sure.
This is the best scores by far, the food is delicious. The employees are also lovely, however there's something wrong with their online orders because it's the second time they don't receive mine & I have to wait on location.
