Yesterday evening (June 27,2026), I took my friends family,2 families who were visiting us to have dinner at Scores. It was, without question, the worst restaurant service I have ever experienced.

Our waitress name was Katy.

After taking our order, she completely disappeared. Throughout our entire meal, there were fewer than seven occupied tables in the restaurant, yet she never came back to check on us. We couldn't find her anywhere.

My friends wanted more water, & we asked for refills three separate times. Because Katy was nowhere to be found, we had to ask other servers to pass along our requests. It wasn't until the fourth request that she finally came to our table, looking extremely unhappy & clearly annoyed.

When I told her that we had already asked for water three times, she simply smirked & said,'So what?'

I have never been spoken to like that by a server.

At that point, I went to speak with the manager. I told the manager that I would not be leaving any tip because the service was completely unacceptable. I also told the manager that if this is the level of service the restaurant chooses to tolerate, I will never return to Scotes for the rest of my life.

If you don't want to be embarrassed in front of your friends or have what should be a pleasant family dinner turn into a frustrating experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant-or at the very least, make sure Katy is not the server assigned to your table. She is easy to recognize by her very dramatic makeup & extremely long false eyelashes.

I left no tip, & I told her directly why: because she had provided the worst restaurant service I have ever experienced.

Her only response was another smirk &, once again,'So what?'

That was my experience. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through the same thing. I wish everyone a much better dining experience than the one we had.

Le bar à salade n'était pas wow wow mais il y a quand même de la variété, & puis le service a été depuis le début superbe même avec l'hôtesse, on est venus le 2026/06/19 20h00.

We have tried different scores in Montreal. It was our first time trying one in Laval & honestly it was the best we've had so far. We would definately come back

We tried the butterfly shrimp & it was delicious. We also went for dessert… pudding chomeur! Brought back souvenirs from my childhood! The place is clean. The service is good.

I arrived at 20h20 on Tuesday this week, we got a notice & a pressure to push us to leave closing lights, pushing us to order asap because kitchen is closing. We understand but at least tell us instead at the reception entrance. We would have not stayed knowing we were gonna get pushed . Salad bar soup was cold told us to get the salad bar before they remove it. I find it not sympathetic that we have the salad bar being closed in front of us. & charged for it we barely touched it. Chicken breast was microwaved, we didn't feel welcome. Never going back there extremely disappointed.

I was pleasant surprised by the Scores in Laval. Food was very tasty. Service was great. Restaurant was not loud & it was easy to make conversation. Price was fine since it included the Salad bar.

Restaurant pas plein, repas délicieux. Nouveau menu & nouveaux prix plus èlevés. (2)
