I normally don't leave bad reviews, but I felt like I should share our experience.
First, the service itself was nice. Our waitress was very kind, understanding, & did her best with the situation.
My grandmother asked for no mushrooms in her meal, but it still came with mushrooms. It wasn't a huge issue since she just removed them herself, & the waitress kindly offered to have it remade. Unfortunately, there also wasn't much lobster in the dish, especially compared to the amount of mushrooms that were included.
I originally wanted to try the new butterfly shrimp from the menu, but I was told they no longer had it available, which was disappointing. I ended up ordering the Santa Fe chicken with rice. The chicken itself was juicy & well cooked, but the rice was pretty flavourless. The peppers & onions were also cut into very large pieces & barely sautéed, still tasting fairly raw, so I had to cut them myself as well.
My husband ordered the chicken kabob with rice & fries & asked for BBQ sauce. When the meal arrived, it came with gravy instead. We had to ask about it before being told they had run out of BBQ sauce. He ended up trying buffalo sauce instead, but unfortunately neither sauce paired very well with the meal. He also found the fries lacked flavour.
We also overheard another table being told that a dessert they wanted was unavailable as well.
Unfortunately, a few hours later, our stomachs were pretty unhappy afterward too.
Overall, we really didn't enjoy our experience. For a meal that cost around $180 for 4 people, we expected much better quality, better communication about unavailable menu items, & more attention to the food preparation. The staff was friendly, but the overall experience was disappointing.

Les repas sont bon, le bar à salade est très bien mais nous avons passé le repas à juste écouter une femme d'un centre communautaire parler non-stop dans un micro pendant 2-3h & ne presque pas être capable d'avoir de conversation...
Le gérant nous contacter pour s'excuser & aviser qu'il n'y a généralement pas de micro pour cette activité/groupe & qu'ils sont habituellement dans une salle fermée, mais malheureusement ça ne change pas l'expérience vécue & d'avoir ruiné un anniversaire de 100ans que notre famille tentais de célébrer.
Scores is always a good choice decent food & i like the salad bar...recently ordered online for delivery it was ok it traveled well & was still hot...They forgot the sourcream for the potato but it was ok...
Cuisse tellement cuite que le poulet était sec...la peau collé sur la viande ça faisait une croûte. Nous y étions à 18h00 donc aucune raison d'avoir du poulet réchauffé. Service pas fameux ! Après avoir pris le bar à salade, nous avons empilé nos assiettes (5 personnes)...la serveuse n'est jamais venue voir si nous étions prêts pour le repas, après 15 minutes d'attente il a fallu lui faire signe...& c'est pas comme si elle était occupée, elle marchait mais jamais d'assiette pleine ou vide dans les mains. BARRÉ SUR MA LISTE.

So worth the trip. Clean, bright, large tasty food portions & service with a smile. Most Scores should follow their lead here & give the free salad bar with your meal.
Drove all the way from DDO. Worth the drive. Salad bar included in all meals. Place is bright clean & an amazing server. Food was plentiful & finally a great meal at scores. Maybe all scores should follow the lead & give the salad bar with everything like years ago. Make going out to eat reasonable.

Nous étions en route pour souper chez St-Hubert, mais à notre grande surprise c'était fermé. Nous avons traversé la rue jusqu'à Scores, & nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Le bar à salades était frais & excellent, & nos repas étaient délicieux. Très contents de notre arrêt & nous y retournerons sans hésiter !
It isn't what it use to be, its the second time now that we go with family to scores & this time i opted for the ribs as last few times i went the chicken leg was so dry, so decided to go with the ribs, man those ribs were just as dry & even worse. I can't say that i enjoy it anymore. It isn't as busy as before so i think that they recook the leftover chicken or ribs from the day before as its impossible for a place like this to serve you over cooked food. Salad bar isn't any better anymore use to seem more fresh back in the days. i really use to enjoy this place, for me is like this place is going down. I should of taken a picture of my ribs as they look nothing like the picture on the website.
Gabriel the host gave us such a nice welcome!! The food was was amazing, I really recommend the général tao poutine. Also, everything on the salad bar was so fresh.
