I have eaten at Sushi Sawa 3 times.
The fish is fresh fresh, the chef/owner is nice, & the food is delicious.
Highly recommended!
Prices are very reasonable too for high quality!

Price range: $$ , very good value Service: Friendly Casual My Bias: Dislike the westernized rolls full of rice & sauce. Prefers nigiri & sashimi or temaki. My goal: Hungry, but not looking for the fat makis drenched with mayo sauce. Wanted good fish, & to taste the fish. What I did: Takeout of an existing menu item Overall: Friendly service & the takeout items I got were shockingly delicious. It was a Chef's choice menu, & I was pleasantly surprised. The nigiri were of a perfect size to enjoy in one bite, the sashimi was of a good variety & well balanced, & the roll was not the usual type. The presentation was pleasant despite being a takeout menu. It is a location I suggest without hesitation to friends & colleagues.

Disappointed, had a Tuna pokey bowl & over half the fish in my bowl was fibrous & inedible, the rest did not taste very fresh & I was a bit nauseous after my meal, something tasted weird, rice was very pasty, there are better cheaper options in the neighbourhood. Advertised menu prices not prices at register, charged me an extra $2...
