Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered your Buy 1, Get 1 Free pizza deal, but only one small pizza was delivered while I was charged nearly $50. This is completely unacceptable.

I contacted support & got no real help. Customers pay for what they order, not for missing food & excuses.

Whether this was incompetence or intentional, the result is the same: I paid for an offer that was not honored.

I will never order from this restaurant again, & I strongly recommend that others double-check their orders before ordering here.

Excellente expérience au Restaurant Shiraz ! La nourriture est toujours fraîche, savoureuse & préparée avec soin. Les portions sont généreuses & les saveurs authentiques. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel & attentif aux clients. L'ambiance est chaleureuse & conviviale, parfaite pour un repas en famille ou entre amis. Omg, Shiraz Fast Food is so good - especially their pizzas, absolutely outstanding! The taste was incredible, the service was excellent, & everything was fresh & delicious. Everyone must try them - highly recommended! 😍 😍

Are you joking with all the reviews saying generous? The pizza was OK not as good as Welldun or even Woodland… I walked by the place & they have 20% off in between one & five in the window, I decide to give it a shot.
The regular price on a small pizza is 15.99+ tax for the pepperoni which comes out to about $19. Regular price minus the 20% off came to $15, The pizza was smaller than a personal size pan pizza, It was around 7 inches… Are you joking? I was still hungry after finishing, There was one thin layer of pepperoni…. This would've been OK for maybe $9/10 tax include included… Definitely not for 15 & absolutely no way for $19. The pizza was OK run of the mill pizza, nothing special not gourmet not anything crazy it just had a small sauce that came with it. Absolutely nothing to justify the price tag.
I won't be going back & I absolutely wouldn't recommend the place to anybody at the price point which is insane for what you get.

Extremely clean restaurant from every aspect. Aside from that, it tastes better than any fast food, & you won't even feel bloated afterward because the ingredients they use are good quality. Totally recommend.
