"The food is okay, but I want to give 2 stars to the service. I asked the owner/ manager(the Asian guy with a cap) for recommendations for non-spicy food,because I cannot eat spicy at all. He provided the answer in a nice and official way, but actual did not answer my question. At the end, I had no option but to take a chance to order something...."
