ORIGINS OF SANTOS All the streets in Old Montreal are named after saints. Located on the corner of Saint Paul and Saint François Xavier and given that the food served is Spanish, it was only natural to name place "Saints" in Spanish.

El staff es demasiado arrogante siempre quieren que uno compre botella para poder entrar después de las 11:00pm el trato de los de seguridad es pésimo básicamente solo dejan entrar amigos de ellos. No lo recomiendo!
Great place! Went for a few cocktails & the music was amazing but the bar staff made the experience special for us! Specifically Max, he was super engaging & spent time to explain the food menu & drinks! We will be back for sure !
Bouncers wouldn't let us enter with reservations & asked my friend to give his credit card & purchase a bottle. Held his cc captive throughout the whole night but other than that the place is fun to just vibe.
came here on a whim on night out in the city & let me just say I was pleasantly surprised! After a long wait in the line, we finally got into experience Santos & I'll say that it was a success.
Je suis aller à Santos samedi passer & franchement ça faisais longtemps je m'étais amuser comme ça. Nous étions 8 & avons pris le menu groupe qui en valais la peine, 3 service & tout était goûteux. La serveuse était à notre écoute, drôle & amicale. Après nous sommes rester pour le club & nous avons danser & chanter toute la soirée. Nous avons garder une table & pris 2 bouteilles s'était vraiment fun. Je recommande
Super expérience au Santos ! La musique était excellente, avec une ambiance vraiment entraînante qui mettait tout le monde de bonne humeur. Le staff était accueillant, professionnel & très sympathique. Franchement, entre le bon son, l'ambiance festive & le service au top, j'ai passé une très bonne soirée. Je recommande sans hésiter !
Nous avons adoré la nourriture ! C'est l'endroit idéal pour bien manger tout en passant un bon moment. En plus, après le repas, l'ambiance monte d'un cran & l'endroit se transforme en night club. La musique, la nourriture & le service 10/10. Nous allons revenir !

TLDR: horrible servers, disorganized restaurant, decent club atmosphere
Came to santos for a bachelorette party. We booked well in advance for the group menu & for wall seating. We arrived right on time only to wait 30 minutes for our reservation as they were booting another party (who also had a reservation) out of our table. After 30 minutes of waiting we were sat in the mezzanine which I intentionally did not book as it is quite warm, but by this point we were starving so we took the table. We get up to the mezzanine to see were being sat at two small tables as a group of 8- again, being hungry & with no options we just sat shoulder to shoulder completely squished. Servers arrived to take orders & walked away without clearing any wine glasses to make more room. We asked 3 times to clear wine glasses so we finally cleared them ourselves to which the server visibly was annoyed. Took atleast 30-40 minutes to get the first course, to which the portion sizes are INSANELY disappointing, especially after you've been waiting so long & are starving. We constantly ended up with empty drinks & no server around, & when we would finally get her attention she would take one order & leave without asking the rest of the group if anyone wanted more drinks. The service was so bad even another bachelorette group beside us asked if we were having the same issue (their experience was worse than ours). Sushi took forever with no communication to me until I complained that they were behind on sushi. Apparently their sushi chef left so one of the managers was making it himself. The food service took so long that the bottom floor started becoming a club before we were even done eating, at this point we had been there for over 3 hours. Manager sent us shots to try & compensate but it was too little too late- 3 hours of zero communication, waiting around, & dirty looks & attitude from our server was enough. I will say, the ONLY professional people were the blonde manager & the bus boy. Manager offered a very fair compromise (after some discussion) at the end to compensate for how bad our experience was. She ensured the rest of our night was fun, to which it was. This place is a great club but simply not fit for a restaurant until their servers learn higher standards.
Je ne recommande pas le forfait groupe 3 service , plat à partager portion petites & mal divisé (un morceau de lime pour 4 personne qu'on devait partager ) , le riz du sushi était à moitié cru , le reste de la nourriture était pas wow , on a attendu 40 minutes pour le deuxième service puis l'ambiance boff ils jouaient les mêmes 5 musique de 2014-2015 à répétition tout le long , le dj refuse les demande de chansons aussi. On est parti plus tôt que prévu
Le restaurant Santos est un endroit qui mérite d'être découvert. Dès notre arrivée, l'atmosphère chaleureuse & accueillante nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise. Les plats étaient savoureux, mettant en avant des ingrédients frais & de qualité, le tout servi avec une présentation impeccable.
Cependant, ce qui a vraiment marqué notre expérience, c'est le service exceptionnel du barman Max. Avec son sourire contagieux & son professionnalisme, il a su rendre notre soirée mémorable. Non seulement il a préparé des cocktails exquis, mais il a également pris le temps de discuter avec nous, nous recommandant des boissons en fonction de nos goûts. Sa passion pour son métier est palpable, & son attention aux détails a fait toute la différence.
Nous avons hâte de revenir pour savourer à nouveau ces moments inoubliables !
had the best time there last week! didn't stay for the club but dinner was delicious, i didn't expect to enjoy the food so much. the bartender Max took great care of us & was able to recommend amazing cocktails based on just a few ingredients we told him we like!! can't wait to be back this summe

Always a fun time! Max one of the bartenders surely gives one of the best services i've had in town. Great cocktail knowledge & help us choose the food accordingly. Would definitely recommend!
Loved everything from the food to the atmosphere to the drinks. Took the shared plate, wide variety of food which made us taste various new things! As for the drinks, the bartender, Max, eased every step of the way when ordering by being quick & responsive while still making great cocktails :)

Une erreur dans notre commande à entraîner un de 35 minutes sur un des plats
De plus le serveur remplissant les verre d'eau est très oppressant, vient trop souvent avant & après le repas, alors que on l'attend pendant le repas
L'ambiance ensuite est sympas mais les prix reste très excessif
