3eme fois que ça m'arrive, je viens bien habillé pour passer une belle soirée, ils lassent tout le monde rentrer sauf moi à plusieurs reprises & pou AUCUNE RAISON, une fois le videur me demande de lui donner du cash 40$ pour me lasser rentrer puis depuis ils me poussent toujours à payer en dessous pour me laisser rentrer, j'y reviendrai plus for sure

I had a disappointing experience at Santos.

I came from quite far away to meet friends who had already reserved a table & were spending a significant amount of money on bottles. When I arrived, I was refused entry because I was wearing elevated Japanese-style sandals.

The explanation I received was that the policy exists for safety reasons, specifically to prevent injuries from broken glass & to reduce liability. I can understand a business wanting to protect its customers & itself.

However, what I found difficult to understand was that women wearing open-toe high heels & sandals were still being allowed inside. If the concern is genuinely about exposed feet & the risk of stepping on broken glass, then the rule does not appear to be applied consistently.

I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm simply pointing out what seems to be an inconsistency. If the dress code prohibits open footwear for safety reasons, it should apply equally to everyone. If exceptions are made based on gender, then it no longer feels like a safety policy it feels like an inconsistent one.

I hope Santos reviews how this policy is enforced so that all customers are treated fairly & consistently

Unfortunately. The warm hospitality is gone since the last manager left. No understanding of clients that been supportive for this restaurant for the last 5years.
