Went there for my birthday drinks were good service was ok, the food took forever & we did not eat all at the same time not much choice on the menu as well, but good quality. if you want just relax have drinks its good place though
It was horrible. The waiter dictated what we would eat & charged way too much. We ended up separating the bill & he charged again too much tip for the amount we each paid including the tip. He was way to confident just to get a good tip. & overall he got too much tip from what service we had. We left hungry . & went to subway & 3 brasseries. Never again.!! Plus he gave us something we did not like & charged us anyway. When we asked for the manager . The manager apparently didn't want to deal with it.. overall never never never ever.

Friendly reception, extremely slow (snail's pace) wait-service; unappetizing, insipid, watery cocktails that take forever to arrive from a bar with 2 bartenders in a small restaurant that's less than half full & the food was not good e.g. the sauce on the tuna crudo was overwhelming yet unremarkable & the bone marrow was under-seasoned & under-done.

Par contre le service était mauvais (nourriture qui arrive tard, le serveur n'était pas intéressé à nous servir, pas de conseils dans le choix des cocktails, trop attendu pour commander un 2eme verre).
& La nourriture était juste correcte.
Avec l'offre de restos/bars à Montréal, je n'y retournerai pas. Dommage.
J'ai fait une réservation par le site web de Santos Tapas Bar environ 2 semaines avant l'événement que j'ai organisé pour fêter ma petite soeur. J'ai bien inscrit sur cette réservation que c'était pour un 18e anniversaire, nous avons même appelé à cet endroit pour confirmer que nous serions plus de personnes que sur la réservation originale & tout était beau. Personne à ce moment ne nous a expliqué que celle-ci n'était pas garantie jusqu'à notre arrivée ni que " votre clientèle du samedi est plus âgée ". Avoir su, je n'aurais pas fait déplacer 15 personnes. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu un accueil vraiment horrible, en plus de nous refuser l'entrée, les deux hommes à la porte ont été impoli, aucunement professionnel & très arrogants. Ne faites jamais de réservation pour un groupe à cette place, je vous le déconseille fortement. Je travaille au service à la clientèle moi-même, & j'aurais honte à leur place de traiter des clients de cette façon.
Le service laisse sérieusement à désirer, la serveuse qu'on a eu était dans les nuages & le gérant n'a aucune bienséance! La nourriture est mangeable mais il n'y a vraiment pas de quoi s'extasier vu le prix que ça coûte!!!! En ce qui concerne la boisson, les prix affichés sur la carte doublent pratiquement à partir de 23h (& c'est le gérant qui vient l'annoncer car il doit "rentabiliser les 250 places de son resto & certains sont prêts à payer jusqu'à 1000$". Donc soit vous acceptez la surcharge soit vous partez)
Bref je ne recommande pas cet endroit à quelqu'un
Nous Avons mangé & bu pour environ 1000 $,nous étions 15 personnes, après le repas on nous A demandé de quitter la table, sans avoir pu nous réinstaller, alors après avoir dépensé 1000$ & plus, nous sommes consideré comme ça, vraiment aucune classe, en plus un de nos amis qui était sorti prendre l air n a pu te rentrer, alors le Santos bravo.
Un service rapide, des tapas de qualité, du bon vin, des shooters, une bouteille payé par la maison, une serveuse super gentille, de l'ambiance, de la bonne musique, belle déco. Parfait pour les groupes & pour faire le party!
