ORIGINS OF SANTOS All the streets in Old Montreal are named after saints. Located on the corner of Saint Paul and Saint François Xavier and given that the food served is Spanish, it was only natural to name place "Saints" in Spanish.

Pire service au monde , gérant d'une tel arrogance, serveurs jette vos verres à moitié plein à fin de vous en faire acheter d'autres. Le gérant m'a demandé si je désirais une paille à fin de finir au plus vite m'a bouteille de vin à 70$
Nous étions 7 dont 3 conducteurs & le manager sur place nous a dit c'était soit 2 bouteilles soit dehors! Eh bien je vous recommande le bar Furco ou nous avons le reste de notre magnifique soirée.

Bonne ambiance, très bon service, la nourriture & les cocktails étaient sommes toute très bon.
Gros B mol, la portion des tapas, & surtout pour le prix indiqué, est décevant. J'en convient que c'est des petites portions, mais c'était des « micros » portions.
Bref, si vous avez faim, allez ailleurs avant d'arriver au Santos.
Great food & service!!! Staff was so nice & helpful. My friend & I came for a project to do a case study & aside from the entire amazing experience we had with the restaurant itself, the staff was super accommodating & helpful
The paella was not worth the price. it was extremely under-seasoned & quite a small portion.
The ambiance was good & so was the service. The charcuterie board is value for money.

This is a great place with a great vibe. One point I would like to share. This is the second time where a reservation was made but we had issues getting in. The first time this past spring we were told that they were at capacity even though we made a reservation & turned us away at the door. We came back two other times that same evening with the same result. This time we made a reservation for 9 & called in advance to move it to 9:30, over the phone we got the reassurance that this would be not an issue at all. When we arrived we noted hesitation by the doorman who not only seemed unsure if we would be let in but also seemed like he didn't want to let us in. The bar was I would say at close to 3/4 capacity once we did get inside. I don't understand.
L'ambiance était géniale, le dj est vraiment incroyable j'ai adoré l'ambiance de la soirée & les choix de music. Le seul truc négatif c'etait la gastronomie. Trop peu de choix dans le menu. Au moins proposer des burger ou shawarma
