The service has dropped low in this place, the bartender woman had this displeasing attitude like if she was doing us a favor just for attending us, I asked a Mojito & she didn't even crushed the meant herb on the glass, terrible cocktail & sour service.

L'ambiance dans ce club est incroyable, & le DJ est vraiment talentueux. Cependant, je tiens à souligner que l'attitude des videurs à l'entrée est déplorable. Ils exercent des pratiques douteuses en exigeant des paiements non officiels & donnent l'impression d'être peu professionnels.

Bonne musique, mais à 2h10 am toutes les lumières ont ouvertes d'un coup sans préavis, & nous avons été forcé de quitté sans finir nos verres, un des serveur/barman nous criait de "décâlissé" (plusieurs fois), quand nous étions calme & avions compris la consigne, une fin de soirée agressive.

We made a reservation at 7pm & no one called to inform us the kitchen was closed! All we could order were cold appetizers. Have some courtesy & let those who reserved know ahead of time so they have time to make reservations elsewhere! The waitress was also clumsy & spilled water all over our food when she was taking dishes away. Seriously? The quality of Santos has gone downhill, majorly.

Waitress should smile a bit more especially when its the beginning of the night & not busy at all also giving attitude to clients is not really appreciated, the waiter although was really nice , smiling & accommodating.
