Review Summary

Reviews describe Sandwicherie Sue as fresh and flavorful, with banh mi generously filled and featuring marinated vegetables, plus a range of vegetarian options and a convenient on site grocery. The staff are frequently praised for friendly, attentive service, a clean and welcoming vibe, and quick counter service, while some shoppers note higher prices, occasional inconsistency, and packaging that could be improved. Overall the sentiment is positive with many calling the sandwiches among the best in Montreal and recommending it for takeout or dining in, though a few note pacing can be slow during busy times.

My sandwich exploded with flavors, super fresh & delicious & possibly one of the best ones I've had. The place is a cross over between a restaurant & a store which is kind of fun while waiting because the wait is kind of long. I did rate the atmosphere a 3 because it could use some warmth & more seating areas. But the food is great!

I really like it. Think it's fresh, decent portion for small sized female, (that said, I don't think it's enough for guy if you just have one) but I like they are kind with veggie. I think it's a great option if you don't want to spend a lot but still want a good meal when you are around this area.

Only spot we have found that consistently sells Makgeolli in montreal. Bottles are quite expensive though at 20$ a bottle but worth the splurge if you want to buy some. They also have a sick collection of alcohols from Japan & other east asian countries you cannot find at SAQ.

Their little supermarket is filled with wonderful treats & snacks to get a couple things for home.

Their food & Vietnamese coffee is out of this world. Their banhmi is stacked with meat & goodies that I am often full on just half the sandwhich. The food is prepared fresh in front of you & service is fast.

Tonnes of options, including vegetarian! We had the tofu sandwich (crispy bread, super flavourful tofu) & the tofu spring roll (packed with fresh veggies). There's also a great selection of Asian groceries at the back.

LOVED the Shiitake sandwich & coconut bread. Good portions, fresh, & the flavors are on point.

The Good: - They use fresh baguettes for their sandwiches - The sandwiches checks every mark. Fresh baguettes, freshly grilled meat, balanced flavors, nice heat, & crunchy salad filling - Their poulet trésor sandwich is an absolute recommendation - Vegan options - Lettuce wraps keto friendly option - Fair prices The Not So Good: - not many varieties - only one bread option for their sandwich - wish if they had better wrapping for their sandwiches

Sandwich (SE Azn beef with spicy Mayo & jalapenos) was like decent, but the papaya salad was too sweet & too basic, esp paired with the "pickled veggies" on the sandwich. It was just way too much sweetness & not dynamic at all. The salad needs way more depth, less sugar, fresh herbs, & maybe more peanuts than just peanut dust sprinkled on top.
