A little dumpling adventure that turned out better than expected! This was actually my second visit. The first time, I completely forgot to take photos because I was too busy enjoying the food, so these are from my second visit! Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, & made with care. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, & attention to detail made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of those places that keeps you coming back.🍀

Dumpling place serving good food within a reasonable budget at the Royalmount Mall. The service is quick & efficient though there is limited space to move around in the restaurant. As for the dumplings themselves, most of options we ordered hit the mark. The spicy pork dumplings & their pan fried varieties were excellent. It can get busy so book in advance.

Clean spot, not too busy when I was there. I had the spicy pork dumplings which were not very spicy & the pork & shrimp dumplings those were my fave. Super tasty & juicy. I also tried the beef pan fried crispy dumplings. They were OK

Dumplings were quite good & definitely enjoyable, with fresh ingredients & nice flavors. While they weren't the best dumplings I've ever had, they were still satisfying & worth trying. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The restaurant wasn't busy during our visit, yet the service felt very bare minimum. Staff weren't particularly attentive, & there was little effort made to check in or enhance the dining experience. Overall, the food was decent, but better service would have made a big difference.

Pretty nice place, really good service & food is sooo worth it. There was a line but we were able to join the waiting list & they texted us in no time. The personnel was super nice even though they were super busy. Food is fast & tasty. I truly recommend having the chocolate xiao long bao for dessert!

First this took about 10 minutes to find this location - it's located upstairs at the end close to the industrial looking parking lot. Once we finally arrived & sat down the atmosphere was very busy & sunny with all the windows. It was very nice. Our server was great & the food was delicious. We got steamed dumplings & fried - we both loved the steam ones more. Affordable price. Would return.

I usually never leave negative reviews but this experience deserved one. We signed up for the waitlist at the tablet for a table of 4 & gave our phone number. After a 30minute wait we were told by text there was an available table; upon arriving the hostess told us that the table was almost ready. We waited a bit more & it was becoming clear that they had forgotten about us. Other patrons that arrived after us were being seated while we continued to wait at the door. We asked the hostess again how much time we had left & she simply said that someone had removed our name from the list. She never once attempted to rectify the situation by finding us seating nor apologized. We understand that it can get busy but it's simply not acceptable to look at customers who waited for nearly 40minutes dead in the eye & tell them there was no space. Even after explaining the situation nothing was done to accomodate their own mistake. The lack of professionalism is simply baffling.

Was what to expect since I have been to other locations. Their dumplings are always good, i wish there was more options for the pan fried ones. The service was good as there was only two waiters on a tuesday night & they were quite busy. I would of liked the timing of the food to be delivered in order as our entree came out with our main dish. Even though we were two, one dish came out 5 minutes after the other. The shrimp cakes are an acquired taste as their texture is a bit rubbery. The spacing of the tables could of been a bit better as they felt quite cramped.

The food quality is definitely the best out of all chains in Montreal & the service was so lovely. We had a third person join us last minute & they gave us an extra table despite being busy(they're were still 3-4 available tables) & we're super accommodating. The sea urchin dumplings are a must try. The overral ambiance is great & I will definitely be back.

The restaurant was shown on the Royalmount IG page. First time trying this place out, so far so good. I'd come back again & I'd also recommend it if it's your first time trying dumplings. I didn't know what to expect but I like soups in general & was pleasantly surprised. The dumplings themselves have like a mini soup inside each of the dumplings. Things to improve. If you try the dessert chocolate dumpling make sure to eat it from the bottom otherwise it will explode all over. I wish the waitress mentioned this beforehand & left more napkins or a better bowl for it to explode into. They need to fix the door. The bathroom is a bit disorderly. They could add a rack to put the cleaning items on. Pricing was decent. The restaurant seems very popular & has been busy the few times I walked by before finally eating there. I will update my rating on my next visit. Loved the lemon water vases & glasses, really stylish.
