Sammi & Soupe Dumpling

Stumbled upon this on our first night in town. It was very busy but we were actually seated right away. We got the pork & chive soup dumplings aswell as the beef curry pan fried dumplings (not pictured). The soup dumplings were amazing. Juicy & flavorful & although I was initially suspicious of the wrapper looking a bit thick, it was the perfect dough. I will say that the beef curry dumpling did not have much curry flavor. If I were to come here again I'd def reorder those soup dumplings & then maybe try the chicken & cabbage pan fried dumplings

Lunch was decided & we chose to hit Sammi soupe dumpling.

It was packed it's obviously lunch time so we took a wait

Around 10 minutes later we got seated & we decided to choose the classic pork dumpling & I tried the cold noodles

I really liked the noodles a lot & the dumplings were soft & delicious

Overall: 4⭐?

Mon endroit préfèré pour les dumplings !
Je recommande les bao avec la soupe à l'intérieur... simplement delicieux !

J'aime beaucoup leur entrée de concombre aussi, la portion est genereuse & ça accompagne bien les dumplings. Tous leurs bao & dumplings sont delicieux.

Il y a souvent beaucoup de gens qui font la file pour entrer. Je conseille d'y aller entre les heures de repas pour éviter les files. Ça vaut vraiment la peine ! Les prix sont également très bas surtout pour la qualité!

Really yummy dumplings, you can either do pan fried or soup dumplings. They have a lot of flavor options & the hot & sour cucumber salad was amazing!! The seaweed salad was also yummy 😋

🥟The dim sum was amazing! The pan fried dim sum was tops. They were perfectly crispy on the outside, soft & tender on the inside.
Even the plates & bowls were super cutesy.

The only downside was seating - there could be a wait for dine-in as there are not many seats available.

Mais quel régal ! Serveuse gentille & rapide, pas cher & incroyablement bon.
Nous avons testés les deux soupes aigre épicé & wonton porc, & les xiao long bao porc ciboulette, nous nous sommes régalés, nous y retournerons trés vite !

The traditional Xiaolong Bao is one of the best I've had - in the US, Canada - & even rivals some soup dumplings I had while living in Taiwan. The wrap could have been ever so slightly thinner, but the flavor was INCREDIBLE. I got 24 dumplings - 12 traditional pork xiaolongbao & half orders of the snow crab/pork & the sweet pork. If I could finish 12 more, I would have got another order of the traditional - it was that good. Highly recommend coming here when in MTL

We were here yesterday during busy lunch hours. As we can in my daughter got her finger stuck in the front door. The staff up at the front took care of us so quickly. They went out of their way to get us ice for her finger & gave us time to check on her to make sure she was okay before we got seated.

The staff really went above & beyond to make sure my little girl was okay & it means so much to me. They kept checking in on her & seeing if she was okay while we were eating lunch.

The food was delicious! Not even 10min after we ordered they dumplings started to arrive. Some of the best soup dumplings I've ever had!

I will definitely be back, especially to this location.
