I'm honestly shocked & extremely frustrated by how I was treated over the phone.

I called to make a reservation & was immediately accused of being a'no-show' from a previous booking. Before I could even properly explain, the staff member became aggressive, raised their voice, & kept insisting I was that person without bothering to verify anything.

What's even more disappointing is that this isn't my first time dealing with this restaurant-I've been here before & never expected to be spoken to this way. Being yelled at over a simple misunderstanding is completely unacceptable.

If this is how they treat returning customers, I seriously question their level of professionalism & how they handle any kind of issue.

Very upsetting experience.

It is a private place where you can have home made food. You cannot go there without a reference. It is truly a private club. I took the shrimp salad & it was very tasty & a huge portion too. Highly recommended.

The café has a lovely atmosphere. I tried the kaake soujok with cheese, & it was delicious. What I liked most is that they serve yerba maté, which I really appreciated. The waiter was very kind & made sure to ask if we had any feedback, which was a nice touch
