I find it very inconvenient that we cannot make a reservation by phone. Further when booking online, it did not give me an option for a 6:00PM table so I had to make the reservation either earlier or later. At 5:30 a party of three could not be accommodated so I made the reservations at 6:30. Oddly, when getting to the restaurant at 6:15ish, the restaurant was practically empty! Even after we were done our meal, there was still plenty of room in the restaurant. Why was a 6PM reservation not available to me? Why when I booked at 5:30PM, I couldn't make a reservation for 3 people? It just doesn't make too much sense from when I stand. Ambiance in the restaurant was fine. Ambiance booking online was NOT.
When booking online I had to provide a credit card. There was no option for PayPal.. now you have my credit card information & in this day of cyber-crimes & breaches, this is one more environment that I have to worry about. Frankly, I think your cancelation policy is outrageous, especially for such an empty restaurant on a Wednesday evening. There is no need when the restaurant was practically empty!
Unfortunately, my online experience was less than stellar. I wish you would change this. I would not do this again.

Main issue was that the timing of the meals was very bad.
We were 4 people & only 2 of us had our food at the same time. 1 finished before anyone else got their food. The 2nd then did the same. the 3rd & 4th got their food at the same time, but after the first 2 had long since finished.

Avec le restaurant Tri Express, ce sont les deux seuls restaurants Sushi que mes jeunes enfants acceptent d'y alle

Restaurant excellent mais prix injustement cher... Augmentation trop intense au fur & à mesure des années, bien dommage...
Par contre la qualité & l'ambiance sont incroyables !
Mais payer 200$ pour une soirée à 2 je trouve cela hallucinant

We went for lunch on Friday. The food was very good. The service was a bit slow especially that we were the only ones in the resto. I would go back in the evening because the place looks cool.

This is a 'modern' trendy looking bistro, well located in Westmount. The food is very ordinary; the shrimp tempura was good but the Sushi (nigri) was not good especially not for the price! The Salmon, for example, was sliced in a way that it was hard to chew!

The service is not great either; we had to remind the waiter several times for getting her attention. The wine list is very limited perhaps because the focus is on saki & cocktails.

Always delicious & fresh! We've been coming to saint sushi since the first restaurant opened on Duluth years ago. Christmas trees are a favourite.!

Food was hit or miss, with some dishes like the sushi pizza being great & others not so much. Most of their tartares & fish mixes (i.e. spicy tuna) had so many things mixed in that you could not taste the fish. They used many of the same fish tartares/mixes in most of their maki rolls so everything started to taste the same. Music in the restaurant was also quite loud, so much so that it was hard to have a conversation at the dinner table. Maybe we had a bad one off experience or the chef had a bad night, but most likely will not be back.

Sushi & shashimi spectaculaire, mais beaucoup trop lent en cuisine, ils semblaient priorisais les livraisons que la salle à manger, & lorsque le point fut soulevé que nous attendions depuis plus de 1:30 les 2 rouleaux demander la réponse fut: je ne peux pas aller plus vite que la cuisine!! (Cette réponse est largement insuffisante!!)

Super bon super service ambiance festive staff qui a l'air de s'amuser en famille c'est ce qui fait de cet endroit une destination à essayer
Nous avions essayer l'autre location il y a 4 ans déjà & nous ne sommes toujours pas déçu !! Très très Délicieux!!
