via LibroNot that we are beginners with Japanese food, we have been touring Japan & regularly eat same locally or abroad. Second visit at Saint last might & we were smashed by the quality & diversity of the food. Ambiance is a bit more eclectic than a regular Japanese restaurant but that to me is just adding a bit of fun. Funny enough the dégustation menu offers a very good experience at a quite reasonable price for what you get...we had to take some back home! Highly recommending. Friendly service.
