Our Specialties
Tandoori, Lamb, Beef, Chicken, Curry and Vegetarian dishes.
Sahib delivers flavorful Indian dishes with warm, attentive service in a comfortable, ambient dining space. The menu spans favorites like lamb curry, butter chicken, naan and tandoori items, and offers satisfying vegetarian choices, while the buffet is a popular option for variety and real value. Across visits, the atmosphere, cleanliness and generous portions stand out, prices are seen as reasonable, and both dine in and takeout experiences are praised, though a few guests note that the butter chicken can be a touch sweet and some buffet dishes could be more consistent.
We had the Sunday dinner buffet at Sahib Indian Restaurant - Pointe-Claire & it was a very disappointing experience overall. The buffet had very limited options, & most dishes lacked freshness & quality.
The butter chicken & lamb curry were overly sweet & not enjoyable. The tandoori chicken was the only highlight in terms of taste, but it was served cold, which was very disappointing. Many items like sweets & onion bhaji felt like they were prepared much earlier & not fresh for dinner service.
For around $30 per person, the value is not justified at all given the quality & variety offered. While the ambiance was calm & the staff were polite, the food experience does not meet expectations.
Overall, not worth the price & not recommended.

If you're looking for amazing Indian food in the West Island, Sahib is the place to go. The food is great & super service as well! Highly recommended!!
I LOVE this place. Me & my boyfriend come here a few times a year & get the best service always! The staff is so kind & attentive, with some of the best food available especially buffet style.
11/10 one of the spots I recommend when thinking about Indian food.
Delicious ! I ordered by phone for a takeout order last night & have to say am soooo happy. My order was ready in 20 minutes. Ordered the Lamb Vindaloo for my brother who has been enjoying Indian food forever & he said it was the best he ever had. I had the Chicken Jalfrezi & it was outstanding. Not many Indian restaurants get it right. The rice & Naan were also perfect & the prices were more than reasonable & portions very generous. So happy his is close to my new place. Will become a regular !
Well prepared Indian food with authentic spices & fresh oil used. The level of spices is just appropriate & soothing that provides the right kind of taste. Many dishes to choose from.

Overpriced & didn't meet the expectations with the quality & flavour expected. Naan breads were of bought out packed quality. Believe at this pricing, there are so many other Indian restaurants serving quality food with more portions. Not worth a second visit.
Great indian restaurant, the server was super nice & attentive. The ambiance was very nice too. & we enjoyed the food, especially the butter chicken & gulab jamuns.
Everyone knows how good the food is, but was nice to see they have some unique beers I haven't seen anywhere else. Cobra Indian beer, an Irish & an Austrian one.
First visit to Sahib Indian Restaurant at Point Claire. Food was authentic Indian, served by courteous staff. Had a good meal & an awesome experience.
Highly recommended
Whew. 40 CAD for a very small buffet. Food was watery & not very tasteful. Nothing & that Indian spice & flavor I was looking for. The lamb curry was the only thing worthwhile to eat.

I ate twice in this restaurant & every time the food is delicious & the service is great..We go there for their buffet..it is very well organized & on point, all types of popular indian dishes are availables
I was surprised by the 4.2 rating. I've been ordering from this restaurant for the past ten years as I live nearby. You'd be hard pressed to find a better Indian restaurant in the west island.
