Our Specialties
Tandoori, Lamb, Beef, Chicken, Curry and Vegetarian dishes.
Sahib delivers flavorful Indian dishes with warm, attentive service in a comfortable, ambient dining space. The menu spans favorites like lamb curry, butter chicken, naan and tandoori items, and offers satisfying vegetarian choices, while the buffet is a popular option for variety and real value. Across visits, the atmosphere, cleanliness and generous portions stand out, prices are seen as reasonable, and both dine in and takeout experiences are praised, though a few guests note that the butter chicken can be a touch sweet and some buffet dishes could be more consistent.
We had lunch buffet here & it was a nice, quick, tasty meal. You have staples like butter chicken, tandoori chicken, chickpeas, beef curry. The quality isn't as good as the order menu, but I wouldn't expect it to be. The naan bread here is so much better than the Dorval location à la carte version. Not charred to bitterness with good taste & a hint of spice.
Tried takeout for the 1st time. Excellent service. Ready in 20 minutes as promised. Food was delicious as always. Good-sized portions with portions for the main course large enough to satisfy even a healthy appetite. Prices remain reasonable. The Vegetable Pakoras were crispy & very tasty, the Butter Chicken was creamy with loads of chicken & enough sauce, the Naan bread was fluffy & buttery, & the Gulab Jamoon was a sweet finish for dessert. Also recommend the Mango Lassi.
The take out order on Thursday night was below expectation . I have been customer for years at Sahib restaurant with amazing experience except for the last order .
without exageration, the food looked like it was left over ( dry rice , very dry chicken) .
Disappointing experience for my family .
*** As per the owner request ,
I contacted him on the email provided & still 2 months with no answer . Clearly not serious ***
Excellent - the service, the food & the ambience were all top notch. Lost a star on the butter chicken which I found to be a bit sweeter than I remember.

Take out.
If you're used to Indian food, you will not like this place. The butter chicken was in a tomato sauce , very bland & not at all spicy as requested . The shrimps are not 16-20 as stated... They were tiny & very over-cooked. The lentil dish was very bland as well. We had to add sauce from our fridge to make it better.
The service upon pick-up was terrible.
Never going again.
I had high expectation & I was a little disappointed. Not because of anything they did, or didn't do.
I was hoping for vegetarian dishes. There was a wonderful variety of dishes. Everything smelled amazing.
The only criticism I have is that everything was too spicy, as in the heat, not the flavours. The heat was a single & slightly camouflaging note across most dishes, except the butter chicken, which tasted beautifully buttery. If you are not a fan of spicy heat, this place isn't for you.
The staff were friendly & attentive. The atmosphere is fine.
We went for a late lunch & they were already getting ready for a busy evening with a full house.
I believe the diner menu may be different.
I think this is a place that requires another visit to see if it's different or consistently spicy.
We are actually eating now at sahib, my bf & i must say the food was good. I liked their dessert gulab jamoon as it was warm & soaked freshly on a sugar syrup! Most of the indian restaurants i tried with my bf.. Their gulab jamoon was cold & i didn't really appreciate it when it's cooked that way. Rice pudding too was nice & my all time favorite buttered chicken is definitely yummy! They prepared it really well even though it is a Sunday buffet like, right now. The fact that this place is packed of people only means the place has something to offer. Good prices, courteous servers. On the downside, the sizes for deliveries are quite small. Nevertheless, food is tasty! Service is appreciated!
