I honestly had such an amazing experience at this brunch spot! I came in not really knowing what to expect, & I was genuinely surprised by just how good everything was. The food was absolutely delicious, & you can really tell that they put a lot of thought & care into the ingredients they use. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, & well prepared, & it was one of those meals where you finish eating & immediately start thinking about what you're going to order the next time you come back.
The quality of the ingredients really stood out to me. Sometimes you go to a brunch restaurant & everything is just okay, but here you can actually taste the difference. The food felt fresh & carefully prepared, & there was a really nice balance of flavors in everything we tried. It's clear that the kitchen takes pride in what they're serving, & that definitely comes through in the final result.
Another thing that really made the experience enjoyable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, & helpful from the moment we arrived. The service had a very genuine & relaxed feeling to it, which made us feel comfortable right away. Nobody made us feel rushed, & the staff were attentive without being overbearing. That kind of service makes such a difference when you're trying to enjoy a nice brunch.

Tout a été parfait du début à la fin. J'étais extrêmement fatiguée en arrivant, & l'employée m'a accueillie avec tellement de patience & de gentillesse.
Je lui ai demandé conseil pour le menu & elle m'a recommandé le croissant aux oeufs pochés & aux aubergines. Je pense que je n'ai jamais mangé quelque chose d'aussi bon!
Ensuite, elle m'a offert des ustensiles puisque je commandais pour emporter. J'ai trouvé cette attention aux détails vraiment remarquable : j'avais complètement oublié d'y penser! Elle m'a aussi proposé d'aller attendre ma commande sur la terrasse & m'a offert de l'eau en attendant.
Comme j'avais plusieurs breuvages, elle m'a même proposé un cabaret pour faciliter le transport, encore une chose à laquelle je n'avais pas pensé!
Le service était tout simplement impeccable. & en plus, la nourriture était excellente & le café était incroyablement bon … & je suis quand même assez sévère en matière de café!

Nous sommes allés pour le brunch. Quelle belle expérience! Nous avons attendu environ 15 minutes, ça vaut vraiment la peine.
Nous étions assis au'bar' & avons pu voir à quel point le staff est efficace, travaillant & talentueux. Le service était vraiment excellent.
Le croissant auberg-minh était à tomber par terre. Une délicieuse combinaison de saveurs parfaitement agencées avec la coriandre fraîche par-dessus.
Le sandwich déjeuner était vraiment très bon aussi, le char siu était divin. Toutefois, l'assiette feelait un peu vide.. Il manquerait un petit quelque chose pour accompagner. Peut-être simplement une petite salade de mesclun. Ça relèverait l'apparence de l'assiette & justifierait le prix un peu plus. C'est notre seule petite suggestion qui n'enlève rien à la merveilleuse expérience!
Nous avons vu passer plusieurs pains dorés à l'ananas, & WOW quelle belle assiette, nulle doute que c'est délicieux. Ils étaient généreusement apprêtés.
Le matcha avec le sirop maison à la rose était tellement bon, le matcha est clairement de bonne qualité.

Superb south east Asian flavours, a pad kra pow that kicks just nice & desserts that are light & flavourful!
The chef was so kind to accommodate our dietary restrictions (allergies & introlerances)! She came to see us to discuss & clarify how she can alter some menu options & make some recommendations. We really appreciate it & devoured our meal, it was delicious!
Also a cafe by day, so come to try out some interesting innovative twists on your classic latter or matcha!
Délicieux, délicieux, délicieux ! On y a mangé le temaki aux moules fumées, le ramen de porc, les nouilles piquantes, le cheesecake, & le flan. On y a bu le Pomme d'api, l'elixcire, & le latte d'automne. On était tous les deux en extase ! Merci !
Le saelow, c'est mon choix de prédilection pour à peu près tout. J'y étudie presque tous les jours avec un latte glacé à la rose, un matcha ou un des vins d'importation privée qui m'es recommandé par l'incroyable sommelière, Jade. Il y a toujours Dequoi faire mon bonheur sur le menu, mais je suis abonné au temaki de pleurotes sauce arachides : je crois que la cuisinière vous dira que je ne commande rien d'autre. On est toujours bien accueilli, bien servi, la musique y est toujours bonne & les cocktails sont divins. Pour une séance d'étude sérieuse, pour un verre entre amis, un dîner d'affaire, une date ; NAME IT. Mon café préféré dans Villeray & un staff inégalé ❤️❤️❤️
