Blooming onion was great. Brisket however was insanely dry. Since this place is called the King of Brisket I'd figure it would be the best thing on the menu. I felt like I almost had to take a sip of water in order to swallow it. Ribs were pretty good but needed more sauce, a little dry also. Overall had high hopes but was disappointedVoir plus
