My family orders from there often. We tried every other indian restaurant on that street. Today we ordered something new to us: Chicken Bhuna. Absolutely delicious. The chicken melted in the mouth. They have the best chana bhature in Canada. We went there for the first time. It only took 15 mins. It was so yum. Definitely would go back. It's not expensive at all like other Indian restaurants. But customer service is questionable. Either change your staff or learn how to serve customers in polite & professional waysVoir plus

j ai passé une commande avec uber eats, l adresse n etant pas la bonne, je les ai appelé.
Personne n a pu me parler en francais!! Scandaleux!
& ils ont tres bien compris ce que j ai demandé, j ai demandé a ce que le livreur m appelle & personne ne m a appelé, je nai donc jamais recu ma commande!

The best butter chicken in town!!!I tried many other & I keep ordering Royal Punjab. I order once a week, sometimes even 2 in the same week! The naan bread is the cheapest & the best!

I gave around 5 tries to this restaurant but they are actually stubborn. Food is never fresh, whatever you order through uber or doordash, you will be disappointed. Totally not at all good for health food. Yesterday I ordered chole bhathure & my kid had stomach ache after having it, even I found it unfreshed. I dont know, may be they used expired flour or they kept bhathura in fridge for long period. Worst restaurant I have ever come accross.

We ordered from Door Dash - 3 bags were delivered but one item costing $9.99 was missing. We called the restaurant & they denied it was their fault. We called Door Dash & they confirmed that they were given 3 bags & delivered 3 bags. We then called back Royal Punjab & they again refused to take responsibility for what was obviously their mistake. I did NOT appreciate the service. The food was good (not excellent) but the service was poor. Three phone calls later & I am a disappointed customer.
