I just ate the worst sandwich. I ordered a club sandwich. The lettuce was brown the tomatoes were not fresh. The bacon were tiny end pieces. I ate some of the chicken which was OK. I brought the sandwich back & the offered me nothing. I went back to pick up fries that they forget to put in the other part of our order. Horrible food horrible customer service. Please AVOID this place. I am not done with them.

Follow up: No one has even bothered to reach out. They don't care & it shows. How can they not offer me a refund when I bring the sandwich back & show them the quality. I'll be organizing a boycott.

Still no one has contacted me. Such horrible people & service. Please don't go there. Hopefully they will close & a better place will open.

First & last time I get food from Benny's. I ordered takeout; a club sandwich, no tomatoes. Not only did they put tomatoes, but they put a lot. & the bacon was on the tomatoes, so when I removed the tomatoes, the bacon had to go too. The chicken was not freshly cooked. When I looked on Google Maps, it showed it was'busier than usual'. There was not a soul in the restaurant, & when I got a look of the kitchen, I immediately realized I made a mistake ordering there. The kitchen was filthy. A big, dirty, disgusting garbage bin right next to the food preparation counter. The bin looked like it just came from the dumpster. I don't recommend this place for anything.

Got there at 11:30am for takeout on a Saturday (no clients) was told ready in 10 minutes (3 club sandwiches & 1 leg meal) - took over a half order to get it! In the meantime a person came in for a take out (5 orders of leg meal) & got it in under 10 minutes. Worker in back kept on coming to the front & talking with cashier & never acknowledged us waiting in dining area. after 20 minutes asked cashier about order & she spoke with worker in back. Guess you pay for your meal & have to remind them to prepare your order. Never again at this location. Food was mediocre & all orders had fries that were bits & pieces all over done.

I love the chicken so much & club sandwich is very delicious & one thing more when i come again i want to meet with the guy who made the club sandwich & want to know how he make🤘😊

Ordered the club sandwich. Asked for white meat which cost $2.00 more. Came with dark meat & no bacon at all. Also only one piece had tomato. Very disappointed. The only good thing I can is it was delivered in 30 minutes.

Update 2024. I went to Au coq tonight to get a club sandwich. Of course they now call it Benny & Company. It was the worst experience I've ever had there. I've been going many times over the years since it opened originally I was looking forward to the reopening. I ordered the club sandwich, pretty simple. The sandwich was cold to the touch. It looked like there was one piece of bacon, chopped into four for the sandwiches now they put their fries in some kind of bag so by the time you get home, the steam from the fries, turns it into a potato loaf in edible I also ordered an apple pie also raw & in edible. I called them saying I was coming for a refund. They absolutely refused. They said their policies don't allow for refunds. So for now, I wasted $20 & had to go out & get myself something to eat. I will be calling to speak to a manager there & their head office but I do not recommend anybody go to that place. They don't care at the front counter & they certainly don't care in the kitchen if they could put out food like that.
