Commande en-ligne fait. Nous arrivons sur place 20 minutes après avoir commander ( je m'attend à un peu d'attente c'est normal.) La jeune caissière est seul au comptoir un samedi soir & en plus nous avons su qui avait seulement 2 liveureurs sur la route ! J'ai attendu sur place 1h 07minutes pour finalement avoir ma commande de 10 repas. Une chance que ma femme est a l'affut car il manquait un repas. Niveau stationnement impossible de trouver de la place car toutes les voitures de service de au coq sont dans les places pour clients. Très déçu. Ça paraît que la changement de propriétaire a été fait. Dommage.

Commande en livraison. Celle-ci est arrivée incomplète & le poulet commandé n'était pas le bon (piri-piri alors que commandé normal). Le poulet était sec & les frites molles & froides. Pas du tout la qualité de St-Hubert. Nous ne recommanderons plus au Coq.

(De la part d'un client de + de 25 ans.) Délicieux, comme toujours. Par contre, les prix sont vraiment rendu ridicules. Je préfère maintenant me prendre deux repas de cuisse BBQ, dans un IGA(où autre supermarché), & ça me reviens moins cher qu'un seul repas chez Au Coq. Puis c'est presqu'aussi bon. 🥴

This is the third time that I have ordered from this particular Benny & Au Coq. I have throat cancer & can not eat frrnch fries. Each time I have asked for the mashed potatoes option instead of French fries, each time french fries come & no mashed potatoes. When you call the store yiu can tell 1) they don't care 2) it happens ALL the time because before you can even finish your sentence about the issue with your order, they are telling you that Uber will deal with your issues & issue any refunds, they don't care nor can they do anything to make it better. Absolutely rude & uncaring. Unkess you want soggy fries & that's what you want with your chicken, I wouldn't order any sides at all. Absolutely disgusting & two thumbs down 👎 👎

club sandwich en spécial $ 9.99 ... on atttire pas des mouches avec du vinaigre !!! ces pas comme ça qu'on attire les clients au final on m'as servi des toasts avec un peu de poulet ,un peu de tomates pratiquement pas de laitue & de bacon !!!

1:15 pour une livraison un mercredi après-midi... les délais sont régulièrement très long. Sinon la nourriture est bien ! 2023: UPDATE, le délai de livraison est maintenant très raisonnable.
