Very disappointing experience while picking up an Uber Eats delivery.

When I arrived, a young girl was working at the reception, & her friend was sitting beside her. The receptionist told me the order wasn't ready, but when I asked how long it would take, she simply said she didn't know instead of checking with the kitchen for an estimated wait time. While I was waiting, she & her friend repeatedly laughed while looking at me, making me feel uncomfortable. When I asked again after 8-10 minutes, she asked for the order details again as if they hadn't been noted. At one point, her friend even mocked me by sticking out her tongue.

As an Uber Eats delivery driver, I expect to be treated with the same professionalism & respect as any other customer or courier. I have picked up orders from this restaurant many times before without any issues, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I ended up canceling the pickup & leaving. I hope management addresses this behavior.

I had to wait 30 min for just a sandwich, when I get it just bred toss with almost no chicken inside, I think they just sacam me because what in the picture is really different form what I get , with that money I could get a proper meal

Je voulais simplement remercier le restaurant de mettre des offres deux pour un sur uber eats de ne plus avoir les offres disponibles alors que oui car elles sont belles & bien la & à la place de me contacter pour me le laisser savoir ils font perdre le temps de 5 livreurs & me font attendre 1h30 a me poser la question pourquoi tout le monde cancel ma commande. Je comprends la note de 3. Horrible service. J'ai déjà travaillé dans un restaurant avec la plateforme uber & c'est siii simple de contacter le client. Réellement frustrant.

The most tasteless food ever, that is from the chicken down to the sauces. We ordered waffle fries & got regular, & the list goes on. A restaurant to completely avoid.

I really like the food & come here regularly. The portions are big, the value is good, & overall it's very satisfying, even if it isn't perfect every time.

I also feel for the staff. They are generally quite pleasant, but they're clearly burnt out & understaffed. Most days it's just one cook & one person up front handling orders, takeouts, & cleaning. Be kind! The staff are really do their best managing such high amount of orders.

Oh JS David…based on the image you've attached I don't doubt that your tenders were good that day, but I fear the most accurate part of your review was left understated, which is that these people are EXTREMELY inconsistent, & the quality of the food simply isn't in alignment with what they expect you to pay. I went with a friend in the hopes of getting the meal they got last time, which looked halfway decent. Had to choose a sauce from a list of ones that were still available which was mumbled to us in one breath by the person on staff. Got zapped of twenty dollars & that's excluding the tip. The tenders were completely different, & along with the fries tasted ultimately of nothing, & we were left feeling like we'd paid a restaurant price for a pre-packaged frozen meal. We wanted our money back & maybe a salt-shaker.

This is so unbelievable I had to leave a review!!! I ordered 6 chicken filets & got only 3 so I called Au Coq Verdun & they gave me a store credit not a refund. So the following week I tried to order 6 chicken filets again, this time they all arrived conpletley burnt & were completely inedible so I threw them in the garbage, called the store to complain, & like last time issued me a store credit. So I tried again the following week, again 6 filets, I called at 5pm, placed the order, asked them to please not screw it up, & then I waited, & waited, & waited for 2 hours. At 7pm I called the restaurant to inquire about my order, & was told'Im sorry we canceled it because of the hockey game tonight, we're sorry for not calling, their was nothing we could do, please call the manager when they return in 3 days'!!!! Ohhh I will be!!!!

tu commandes une poutine reguliere au poulet panée en livraison. tu demandes gentilement de mettre le fromage a part, parce que souvent le fromage est toute fondu a cause de la chaleur des frites.

& bien! eux leur solution, cèst de mettre le sac de fromage dans la boite a coté des frites, pour etre sur quil fonde bien! au lieu d'etre intelligent & les mettres dans un sac a part.

en plus les frites sont degueulasse. on dirait des frites au four, & elle etaient a moitié cuites.

ca faisait longtemps que j'avais pas commander la, & maintenant j'ai la raison de ne plus jamais commander la du tout.
