Une commande via le web fait à 17:18 pour une livraison à 18:30 (+- 15 min). La commande est arrivé à 19:00. Le poulet n'etait pas chaud, la salade de chou = chaude & ma sauce xtra ($) est manquante…… never again…..on retourne chez St-Hubert

We went to pick up a 2 leg chicken dinner & a half rack of ribs with a quarter leg dinner. While waiting, we noticed that the cashier had made a mistake & charged us for piri piri. We flagged this right away & she took off into the kitchen. When she came back out, she threw the receipt on the table & she said it's fine it will be regular. After we got the meals we checked & she had given us piri piri. After driving all the way home, this food in inedible. The chicken is bloody & the ribs taste like the meat has gone bad. 52$ down the drain. Bad food & worse service

Ma nourriture était froide à mon arrivée & je suis à 7 minutes du resto
Le service au comptoir le sourire manquait à la jeune fille oui peut-être une grosse journée on c'est pas mais tu travaille au services à la clientèle c'est la moindre des choses surtout quand les clients sont poli & souriant ... je vais tenter de leur donner une autre chance une prochaine fois malgré tout on verra ...

Ne commandez pas en ligne…
Si le restaurant est fermé (panne ou autre) il n'y a aucun avertissement.
Le système de commande prendra avec joie votre argent & vous devrez vous déplacer pour vous faire rembourser… sans compensation ou rabais sur la prochaine commande.
& ce, dans les heures où le gérant s'y trouve…
Autrement, si vous commandez au comptoir, ça doit goûter comme les autres…

À cause de la proximité de chez moi, c'est mon endroit pour un club rapide. Dernièrement, deux fois en deux semaines, j'ai changé pour le nouveau wrap au poulet croustillant qui est toujours ce que je prends quand je mange dans l'autre grande chaîne alors j'étais curieux d'essayer. J'ai été agréablement surpris. Faites juste vous assurer de préciser quelles frites vous voulez: gauffrées (c'est nouveau) ou traditionnelles ondulées. Je ne suis pas fan de gauffrées bien que plusieurs semblent les préférées alors la première fois, j'ai trouvé dans des gauffrées dans ma boîte. J'ai demandé la deuxième fois & tout a été parfait.

Vendredi j'ai été chercher 2 familiales une facture de presque 90.00 & une chance que nous n'étions que 4 pour manger nous avons manqué de frite vous donner des frite pour 3 personnes avec un repas de 8 personnes les frite n'était pas cuite toute molle & blanche l'intérieur pâteux la sauce liquide comme de l'eau & elle ne goûtait rien j'étais tellement déçu mon marie & mon fils ont mangé un demi au complet tellement les poulet étaient petits…… dernier expérience pour moi très très déçu,

I had to wait 30 min for just a sandwich, when I get it just bred toss with almost no chicken inside, I think they just sacam me because what in the picture is really different form what I get , with that money I could get a proper meal
