Bon repas au St-Hub comme d'habitude en famille avec la salle de jeux c'est super. Mais j'écris ce soir parce que le service était hors pair. La serveuse Aurélie a offert un service avec beaucoup de classe, digne des grands restaurants. Merci pour ton professionnalisme!

Ça pris 15 min avant qu'un serveur viennent nous voir ! Il n'y avais quasi pas de client en plus ! Même pas foutu lol de nous amener un verre d'eau quand ils nous ont placé! Il a fallu que mon chum dise excuser pourriez vous prendre nôtre commande lol ca fait 15 min qu'on attend ! Même pas de excuser nous je vais immédiatement voir vôtre serveuse ! Ben non réponse Ben ordinaire disant qu'elle va aller avertir le serveur pour qu'il arrive 5 min après donc 20 min d'attente juste pour prendre la commande ! Si c'était moi qui avait payé il aurait eu 5 % de tip grooooos max

Nous avions commandé deux repas poitrine avec poutine. Nous avons reçu une seule petite cuisse (pratiquement plus d'os que de poulet) & une seule poutine. Nous avons parlé avec le gérant qui n'a rien voulu entendre... Nous avons finalement commandé du Benny, mais ça quand même scrappé notre soirée. Nous ne commanderons plus à ce restaurant. Service un gros 0/5. Nourriture: 1/5.

J'habite à 3 minutes en auto selon google maps.
Je veux bien croire que le vendredi soir est un soir achalandé mais j'ai attendu un repas (dispendieux pour ce que c'est) pendant 1h10-1h15 avant de le recevoir.

Après environ une heure d'attente, j'ai parlé au service à la clientèle. J'ai appris que mon repas a passé plus de 30 minutes dans l'auto (donc sorti du four bien avant d'entrer dans l'auto). Tout ça pour payer la totale & manger froid. Vaut pas la peine.
