Les rôtisseries St-Hubert c'est rendu pas bons depuis qu'il ont passé du Québec en Ontario. La nourriture est rendue vraiment pas bonne les délais de livraison sont rendus trop longs. J'ai du attendre 90 minutes pour recevoir un repas que j'avais commandé en ligne avec ma carte de crédit que j'ai en dossier sur le site. Je n'ai pas la carte physique & c'est un ami à moi qui l'a car je ne veux pas trop dépenser dessus mais elle est enregistrée sur les sites de restaurants en ligne que je commande habituellement. Je n'ai jamais de problèmes pour qu'ils facturent le repas dessus mais ce soir, ils ont pas été capables de le faire alors le livreur m'a dit que ma commande n'était pas payée & comme je n'ai pas la carte je n'ai pas pu la payer ni avoir le repas commandé. J'ai appelé au service à la clientèle pour me faire dire qu'ils n'avaient pas été capable de facturer sur ma carte alors que j'ai des fonds en masse dedans. Très frustrant car attendu pour rien & pas capable de manger ce que je voulais alors c'est la dernière fois que je fais affaire avec ce restaurant & je vais déconseiller tout le monde de mon entourage de ne pas manger du Saint Hubert. Il est dans ma liste noire de restaurant. De la vraie merde avec un grand M. Isabelle Savard Longueuil.

Nous avons commandé un chemin blanc & on a reçu un Pinot Grigio, vin que lon aime pas. On a demandé de venir nous porter le bon vin mais ils n'en avait pas. Alors on n'a pas pu recevoir de rabais ou autre dédommagement. On a du boire un bon qu'on aime pas & pour lequel on a payé.
