I ordered a chicken breast meal which normally comes with fries & a side. When the order was ready for pick up & I opened it in my car this is what I found in the box - fries cold & reheated. Not to mention that I had to go back for utensils!
When I asked the cashier about the quality of fries & explained that I normally eat in dinning area & fries are fresh & crispy. Her reply? - dinning in & takeouts are not the same even if the kitchen is the same 🤷?♀?.
I am very disappointed with my experience :
