Again, food is good but service is very slow. We been a few times to give a chance but every time, it's pretty long between appetizers & entrées. Service speed here is neck to neck with Notre Boeuf de Grâce next door 🐌

À chaque fois que je commande via Uber ou Door Dash & que c'est cette succursale qui s'occupe de la commande, il y a des erreurs. On oublie les sauces, la salade de chou ou le pain d'extra & on a peur de mettre des frites dans les boites de repas … En plus, la livraison n'est jamais prête au moment où les livreurs se présentent … Faites attention lorsque vous utilisez les applications & évitez celle du Carrefour Laval !! Il y en a plusieurs autres, mieux gérer !!

Obligé de demander à chaque fois à la serveuse de nous apportez les choses qu'on avait demandé. Vraiment très ordinaire! En plus pas tant de monde que ça!

Service was terrible. It was not busy,; took forever to take our order & get our meals. When it finally arrived, it was not what we had ordered. Just an overall bad experience.

One of the worst dining experiences we've ever had.

We stopped at St-Hubert with my young children & my mother after shopping. We ordered two kids' meals, & when they were brought to the table, the server accidentally spilled piping hot gravy all over my son's lap.

I immediately pulled his shorts away from his skin because the gravy was sitting directly against his legs. His thighs became extremely red, & he was doing his best to hold back tears. We repeatedly had to ask for napkins, & it took some time before anyone finally brought ice.

By this point, we were all covered in gravy, my son was upset & uncomfortable, & our waitress was nowhere to be found.

What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability. Despite the server causing the accident, there was no meaningful apology or concern shown, & we were still charged for my son's meal.

I'm not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but this experience was handled so poorly that I felt it was important to share. Accidents happen, but how they're handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed on that front.
