Je n'étais pas au courant que St-Hub avait changé sa sauce si réputée ! On nous a servi une sauce diluée avec un arrière goût de fond de chaudron . Lorsque nous avons demandé pourquoi la sauce goûtait ainsi, on nous a répondu que c'était "çà la sauce". Pour nous ce n'était pas l'authentique sauce St+Hub si renommée. J'ai toujours des surprises à ce resto. Je parle ici du Express. Outre la sauce il y a la toilette digne d'un placard & pas tellement propre.

C'est un bon arrêt pour dîner sur la route, rapide ! Certains plats n'étaient pas disponibles, l'ambiance était bonne, le service aussi. Manque de précision dans la cuisine, on se sent plus dans un fast-food que dans un resto avec un chef. Cocktail était pas excellent, salle de bain propre.
