Je volais avoir une assiette de côte levée & une assiette de cuisses plus de côte levée je commande alors 5 croquettes de poulet sa fait une 1h15 que j'ai commandé je téléphone ont me dit que la commande vas arriver dans 5 minutes je téléphone encore après 15 minutes pour canceller non non la commande arrive dans 5 minutes je cancelle quand même à ma surprise le livreur arrive ont me donne toujours sorte d excuse alors je prend la commande j aurais du la refuse les repas était tiède & pas mangeable Finit pour nous Benny !

Les 3 dernières fois qu'on a commandé, il y a eu un problème avec la commande. Il manque TOUJOURS quelque chose. La dernière fois, on avait remplacé mes filets de poulet par des tendres de poulet sans me prévenir, & il manquait la poutine popcorn de mon mari. On a appelé pour faire part du problème. La personne qui a répondu nous a dit qu'on allait nous faire un crédit & qu'on allait nous envoyer une poutine popcorn grand format immédiatement pour corriger l'erreur. Une heure plus tard, on nous a livré une poutine ORDINAIRE petit format. C'est fini, on ne commande plus jamais là-bas.

Honestly, I am super impressed by how well this place is run. Even during their peak rush hour when the place was packed, everything was moving smoothly. You can tell they have a great system in place because nobody looked panicked. Definitely my new go-to spot when I need things done fast.

Toujours un gros sourire toujours un service exceptionnel .Elles prennent le temps de bien mexpliquer le menu & les offres promotionnels. C'est toujours pret lorsque j'arrive chercher ma commande.
