Was looking forward to dinner here. Unfortunately was disappointed. The place itself is nice, but very bright & ended up being very loud because of a group of very loud men near us. We were 8ppl & they originally set up two tables of 4 but separated, had to ask them to push them together. We were seated right in front of the bar where many drinker were hanging around so that wasn't very pleasant. Our drink order were taken separately for some reason so they arrived at different times. Our food order was taken & apps came fairly quickly but our mains took at least 30 minutes after the apps were cleared & even after our waiter asked if we would like our mains quickly & we said yes, it still took forever. One of us took the burger & the cheese on was so cold, like it just came out of the fridge & slapped on. My chicken was just ok. They seemed to use the same tomato sauce for all their dishes (pasta, pizza etc) & that doesn't always work. We had two kids with us but no kids menu was offered so I figured they did not have one. Later I saw a waitress bring out kids dishes of chicken fingers... would have be nice to know they offered this. The cost, it was very expensive for a Courtyard restaurant. Sad to say we won't be returning.View more
Wow, Rosso Cielo seriously knows how to make a dinner special! My wife & I were there last night & right from the get-go, it felt like we were in for a treat. The place has a great vibe to it. Appetizers first - they were just amazing! You can really tell they put a lot of love & thought into making them. Now, the main event - the NY steak. It was cooked to perfection, exactly how I wanted it. Juicy, flavorful, & just plain delicious. It's like they knew exactly what I was craving & nailed it! We're totally looking forward to when they open their terrace outside. Can't wait to enjoy cocktails & another great meal under the sky with a terrific view of Laval & Montreal!View more

Really nice ambiance. I loved the shrimp/calamari appetizer - next time I'm not sharing. LOL. I enjoyed delicious lobster ravioli. My sister enjoyed a pricy Filet mignon with absolutely no regrets on the price after devouring every bite. We will return. BTW - across the street from the metro - & Place Bell.View more

We really enjoyed our dinner at Rosso Cielo! From the moment we got there, service was attentive, our cocktails were very good. We shared the burrata caprese, ingredients were fresh, great combination of taste. As mains, gnocchi alla Gigi & pasta alla carbonara with black truffle, both were full of flavors! Yummy cannoli for dessert. Great experience all around! Can't wait for summer to enjoy what promises to be a wonderful rooftop terrasse in Laval!View more
