The female hostess was very accomplished & super nice. The male host with the patchy moustache & greasy hair was terrible & his energy was awful, ruined the experience completely from just one interaction. The steak is good, the burger is dry & uninspired, you'd get a better one next door at five guys. I wouldn't go there for a celebration. Overall okay definitely not a must try if you like American style bistros with a fancy twist id just go to Deville, better food, service & vibes. Overall 3.5 stars.Voir plus

10/10 meal. Server was amazing & all of the food was incredible. Very memorable restaurant. Don't forget to order the beach pie. Definitely the best dessert I've had in a long time. One of the best restaurants I've eaten at this year. Can't recommend it enough.Voir plus

Super souper chez Romies ! Ambiance magique sur la terrasse, service parfait grâce à Carla (tellement gentille & attentionnée 💫).
On a partagé un crudo frais & savoureux, puis un plat de pâtes & un contre-filet ultra tendre. En dessert: sundae à la Key Lime Pie. À essayer !

I went to Romies on a Monday night for a birthday dinner, & I was honestly surprised to see the place completely full at the beginning of the week! 🎉 The atmosphere was great, & the service was very good, friendly & attentive. ✨ We had a multi-course sharing menu for the occasion, so I got to taste everything. After the meal, I totally understood why the restaurant was packed even on a Monday! The food is excellent : the starters were fresh & flavorful, & the main dishes were absolutely delicious. 🍽? I highly recommend Romies & will definitely be coming back!

Je suis allée chez Romies un lundi soir pour un souper d'anniversaire, & j'ai été vraiment surprise de voir le restaurant rempli en début de semaine ! 🎉 L'ambiance était très agréable & le service très bon, attentionné & chaleureux. ✨ Comme c'était un menu à partager pour l'occasion, on a eu droit à plusieurs services, & j'ai pu tout goûter. Après avoir mangé, j'ai compris pourquoi c'était plein même un lundi ! La nourriture est excellente : les entrées sont savoureuses & les plats principaux délicieux. 🍽? Very Mid, not impressed, & pricey for what it is.
It feels like a place you would with your coworkers who typically don't eat out too much, not a place you go out with you foodie friends. There's 7 items for main course: 2 steaks, ribs, burger, salmon & clams. Pretty basic bistro menu, if you ask me.
Decor was nice & cocktails were done right, so all is not lost.
Anyways I regretfully spent 250$ there, while I could have gone to much nicer places for that price.Voir plus

Amazing❤? all round from the moment we entered the restaurant, the staff was so welcoming, they explained menu options, food came quickly & was absolutely delicious. Do not order the clams (palourdes) it was the most disappointing order Ive ever received, not a consistent meal & I had to eat at another place afterwards because I was in fact still very hungry. & it was 36 $. Quelle expérience ! Car oui, pour une personne de la quarantaine c'est une expérience. On dans ses jeunes années avec de la musique des années 2000, sélectionnée avec soin par le gérant des lieux. On est dans un décor de dinning American mais qui aurait connu un upgrade. La nourriture y est très bonne, influence d'italien avec d'autres saveurs européennes, & bien sûr quelques must américain comme leur célèbre burger. L'équipe y est jeune, style hypster. Clientèle également très jeune.
J'ai adoré les zucchini avec sa sauce façon tzatziki. Le crudo de loup de mer avec ses accompagnants frais & acidulés. Ainsi que le Beach pie (tarte au citron revisitée).
++++: la musique, il ne me manquait que le dance floor personnellement.
