"The food was decent. The baby back ribs were great but the stir fried chicken noodles was too oily and we couldn't eat it. The service was decent as well until it came to pay the bill. I thought a 5 dollar tip would be fair for the service. However, The server mentioned that if I don't pay 15% tip she would have to pay from her pocket which was odd...."
