Rediscovered this little restaurant since ownership changed. I was also satisfied before as well. Firstly, the staff was friendly & inviting & you got the feeling that it was a family run business, which was great! They were attentive to customers & the wait time was not long. Food was delicious! Ordered an entree of Calamari (cooked to perfection, not rubbery & very fresh) Then had a pizza (margherita, very flavorful) & the pappardelle with bolognese sauce (pasta was perfectly al dente & the meat sauce melted in your mouth) Unfortunately, we didn't have dessert because we were stuffed & had somewhere to be. I would definitely go back for the food & to encourage this local family business! Awesome food & hospitality! With the lack of restaurants in RDP, I'm happy this one is a gem!View more

I would like to start by saying that if i could give a 10 star rating I would. The food was amazing! I had the veal with cognac & my wife had the pappaderlli with mixed mushrooms. The veal was extremely tender the sauce was to die for.The pasta & mushrooms were fresh & abbundant. The service was out of this world. I got to the resto a bit earlier than was expected to pu my order & they offered me a coffe while i waited!!!!! Classy place not to many places do that!
I don't usually write reviews but this place deserves a glowing on! Thank you San Marzanno for a great supper experience
