I'm not one to pay any particular attention to the service at a restaurant if the food is good, but the team here is so efficient it has to be mentioned. Attention to detail & care in the service & sharing of orders are unmatched. Food is also great. Ambiance is a little lackluster & feels like I'm at a random wedding hall for a dinner, but who cares when the rest of the experience is fantastic.

Great food & great service. Cavatelli, fettucine & the chicken are all excellent options. The cannoli's are also fresh & delicious. Waiters are very friendly & knowledgeable.

Monday night we had a dining experience with pairing wines from Abruzzo Italy & it was exquisite .. truly amazing dinner & the wines excellent choices from the region ! Looking forward to other evenings like this ! Always reach out to us .. we will be present !

I went to Beatrice for a business dinner on a Tuesday evening. The service & atmosphere were excellent. I like that the tables are not to close together as in some other places. I had the Carpaccio as an appetizer & theCavatelli as the main dish, both were excellent & nice portions. Will be back soon

This is truly a fine establishment! I can only praise.
Everything from the appetizers to the desserts is simply spectacular, only surpassed by the flawless service.
The servers were very knowledgeable, attentive & courteous. Most restaurants would try to upsell & get you to order dessert but we actually appreciated that the server recommended dessert to us because it was truly that good!
The portions were also really good. You will not leave empty.

I have no idea why my experience was so different from everyone else's, & yet here we are. The setting is frankly bland, the service friendly but hasty, & the food just plain bad. I had $44 spaghetti caccio e peppe & truffle that had such a weird texture I thought there was a problem & the only thing you could taste was black pepper (yes I know how it should taste I've had it dozens of times in better restaurants). My 3 friends were disappointed as well. We had to request for Parmesan cheese, it wasn't offered (we all had pasta).
When I asked for a candle for my wife's birthday, the waiter replied « if you want ». When I was finished paying he handed me my receipt while looking in the other directions & left without a word. I'm clueless as to why it pleases anyone, especially considering how overpriced it is.

We waited ages for our server to take our order, bring the bill, etc... The food was good but nothing special & WAY overpriced. You can get better Italian for a fraction of the price at many other places in the city. The vibe is cold & influencer-esque. We won't be coming back.

Went there for a birthday dinner, food was amazing. Especially the truffle spaghetti! Our waiter was kind & took care of us well. Really happy with service

This is such a lovely restaurant!! Terrific ambiance & service, fabulous food. Recommend the Cacio E Pepe, one of the more affordable dishes on the menu & really spectacular. Yes, we also got the filet mignon, & it was just as good as everyone says, perfect preparation (be aware that the red wine sauce has a little sweetness to it). A real highlight was the salted caramel ice cream cake, seventeen stars! Would definitely visit again next time we come to Montreal!

Never disappoints! Such a shame they closed down their terrasse though, it really takes away a lot of the charm.

As someone who frequents fine dining on a regular basis this restaurant is not it . Food was delicious but service is TERRIBLE. We waited a bit & had to finally ask the busboy to get a waiter . Served our food & didn't see the waiter for the rest of the night ( he spent most of his time at the same table across) so didn't order more.Another person dropped off the terminal & walk away . If you want fine dining this will not be it, the food was delicious but unfortunately ruined by awful service . Will make you feel irrelevant as a customer . I would recommend overlooking this establishment if you wish to have a fine dining experience .
