Fui por primera vez a este restaurante y, la verdad, el servicio fue muy bueno y amable. Pedí la bandeja paisa; el arroz y los frijoles estaban ricos. El problema fueron las proteínas, que estaban extremadamente secas y duras; además, el corte de la carne no era de calidad. Por 30 dólares, no era lo que esperaba. La técnica de cocción deja mucho que desear para este sitio, pero estoy seguro de que si mejoran esos puntos, regresaré.
La comida tiene buen sabor , sin embargo me sorprendió la falta de empatía de las senoras que atienden el servicio, esto debido a que el sábado 04/05/24 una senora estaba con su hija de más o menos 4 anos, quien como todo bebé algunas veces hace pataleta,lo cual genera incomodidad para quienes no han pasado por esa etapa, sin embargo la falta de empatía de las personas de servicio al mostrarse molesta con la mamá por que no le daba al nino un dulce antes de comer, hizo finalmente que ella decidiera tomar su comida para llevar ; no fue suficiente hacerla sentir mal ante todos los presentes si no que también desautorizaron a la senora con su bebé, ya que al momento de pagar , estas personas terminaron dándole el dulce por el cual inicio la pataleta del bebé. Me pareció terrible esta actitud. La nourriture a bon goût , cependant, j'ai été surpris par le manque d'empathie des dames qui servent le service, ceci parce que le samedi 04/05/24 une dame était avec sa fille d'environ ans, qui comme tout bébé parfois fait des coups de pied,ce qui crée de l'inconfort pour ceux qui ne sont pas passés par cette étape, mais le manque d'empathie des personnes de service en se montrant en colère contre la mère parce qu'elle ne donnait pas à l'enfant un bonbon avant de manger, finalement, elle a décidé prendre son repas à emporter, ce n'était pas suffisant de la faire se sentir mal devant tout le monde, mais ils ont aussi désavoué la dame avec son bébé, car au moment de payer, ces gens ont fini par lui donner le doux pour lequel le bébé a commencé. J'ai trouvé cette attitude horrible. Vengo seguido aquí y puedo constatar el servicio mejoró porque antes llegabas al medio día y el almuerzo te lo servían casi 2 horas después ! 😎 🤙 Las empleadas la mayoría veces están de buen humor y te atienden rápido!
