I can only give 5 stars for Service however they deserve a Diamond. Today we ordered & something was missing in our order. Owner recognized the issue & focused on solutioning quickly aside from apologies & ensuring we did receive a 2nd delivery. Yes sometimes errors happen but the most important is the reaction & the fix. For my family & me we want to congrat Riaz kebab owners & staff for their amazing & consistent quality food. & bigger bravo for the way you service your customers. Anyone should try your restaurant & surely they will adopt it !!

The steamed dumplings are pretty good (Manitou & Ashak), as well as their kofta brochettes / kebabs, their little green sauce is pretty tasty too, gotta ask for extra sauce! I also like the generous portions & reasonable prices.

The chicken inside the Qorma plate was full of fat & it was not fully cooked.. I also don't understand why the meat was cold. The rest of the food tasted good. My family got food poisoning the next day after eating the uncooked chicken!!

I have ordered take away food twice from this restaurant & eaten in 2-3 times & each time I got disappointed. The food in general is blunt & undersalted. The dopiaza is terrible. The only item that has ever tasted good from this place is the shami kebab. I won't be buying again & I don't recommend it. The reason an Afghan would order from an Afghan restaurant is that you expect to eat a flavourful & well prepared food than homemade food.

Ne gaspillez pas votre argent & votre temps dans cet endroit!

La pire nourriture, le pire restaurant, la pire serveuse & le pire service que j'ai eu dans ma vie !!!

Je suis très insatisfait & déçu de la mauvaise expérience que j'ai reçu aujourd'hui avec ma famille dans cet endroit !!!

La serveuse était la caissière & la nettoyeuse du sol au même temps !!! Si impoli, aucun respect pour nous en tant que clients & mauvais comportement envers nous!!!

Le repas a été servi après plusieurs minutes si froid & aucun goût !! On lui a demandé de changer une partie de la viande qui était grillée beaucoup (si sombre), elle a pris l'assiette tellement en colère sans rien dire !!!!

Elle est revenue après 15min & a placé l'assiette sur la table, pas de sourire, rien, comme si nous allons manger cette nourriture gratuitement !!!!

Nous avons également commandé des hamburgers & des frites pour les enfants, ils étaient servis froid & sans goût, les enfants refusent de les manger & ils ne mangent que des frites froides, même skills ailment beaucoup les hamburgers !!!

Nous lui avons demandé à plusieurs reprises d'apportez de la mayonnaise pour les enfants sans aucune réponse de sa part, ma s?ur a dû se lever de table & aller à elle pour demander pourquoi elle ne répond pas, elle a dit que nous ne servons pas mayonnaise ici!!!

Puis, pendant que nous mangeons sans aucun goût, elle éteignit la lumière sur nos visages sans aucun respect alors qu'elle laissait la lumière allumée pour un client qui mangeait dans le coin !!!!

Nous avons demandé pourquoi elle a fait ça & elle a dit que nous sommes fermés !!!!!

À la fin, alors que je payais presque 100 $ pour rien, je lui ai demandé si elle acceptait American Express comme mode de paiement, elle m'a rien dit!!Elle m'as laissé inserer ma carte & mon numéro d'identification, & la carte a été refusée. La Elle dit: Nous n'acceptons pas American Express !!!!

J'ai payé avec la carte Visa, & lui ai demandé une copie du reçu, elle l'a jetée sur le comptoir & a fermé sa caisse sans aucun mot !!!!!

Croyez-moi les gars ce n'est pas ma façon d'écrire de mauvaises critiques même si je reçois un service inattendu partout, mais cette fois-ci, & surtout dans cet endroit, c'était le pire scénario, le pire service, le pire personnel que j'ai rencontré dans ma vie! !!!!!

C'était la première & la dernière fois que je vais dans ce genre d'endroit !!!!

The worst food & restaurant & staff & service I got in my life!!!

I'm very dissatisfied & disappointed with the bad experience I get today in this place!!!

The waitress was the cashier & the tables n floor cleaner in the same time!!! So impolite, no respect for us as clients & bad behavior!!!

The meal was served after several minutes so cold & no taste!! Even asked her to change some of the meat which was grilled a lot (so dark), she took the plate so angry without saying anything!!!! She came back after 15min & placed back the plate on the table, no smile, nothing, as we're eating the food for free!!!!

We also ordered burgers & fries for the kids, they were served cold & no taste, kids refuse to eat them & they only eat cold fries even they love burgers!!

We asked her many times to bring some mayonnaise for kids without any response from her, my sister had to stand up from table & go to her to ask why she didn't answer, she said umpolitly we don't serve mayonnaise here!!!!

Then while we're eating without any taste, she turned off the light on our faces without any respect while she let one light on for one client who was eating in the corner!!!!
We asked why she did that & she said we're closed!!!!!

At the end while paying almost 100$ for nothing, I asked her if they accept American Express as method of payment she didn't answer, she left me insering my card & putting my pin number & the card was declined, & here she said we didn't accept american Express!!!!!

I paid with Visa card, & asked her for copy of receipt, she throw it on the counter & closed her checkout without any word!!!!!
Believe me guys that's not my way to write a bad reviews even I get unexpected service wherever, but this time, & especially in this place, it was the worst scenario, the worst service, the worst staff I expected to meet in my life!!!!!!

That was the first & the last time I go to this kind of place!!!!

Très mauvaise bouffe ayant l'air d'un plat congelé réchauffé à moitié. Soupe au poulet gélatineuse qui ne goûte rien & tiède. Ça mérite 0 étoile. Je ne le recommande pas.
