Went to Riaz kebab with a friend & honestly, it was one of those easy, satisfying food experiences you don't forget.
We kept it simple: one Chapli kebab & one Sultani, then shared both. Good decision because both were solid. Meat was tender, juicy, & properly flavourful - not dry at all, just the way you want it when you're craving proper desi grill food.
Before the mains, they brought out salad & soup as appetisers, along with naan & eggplant. Everything just worked together. Nothing felt extra or missing. & yeah, we finished it off with green tea which honestly was perfect to settle everything down after such a heavy, satisfying meal 🍵
What stood out just as much as the food was the service. Really respectful & smooth. On top of that, I was able to pray Zuhr there as well - they had a clean space & even offered a prayer mat, which made things really comfortable & thoughtful.
Overall, very happy experience. Good food, good service, & a place that actually feels welcoming beyond just the meal 👍
Worst service ever, we went there as a family with children , the staff working there on Sunday night were so rude , we left before we could order. We were completely neglected , we almost had to force them to do the bare minimum. The place & atmosphere is quite dreadful.

The quality went down to an unbelievable point. The meat was literally rotten literally & when exchanged the second piece was very salty & blue. I will never get back. Too bad, this was my favorite restaurant for years.
Very disappointed at their service. I know the owners the are very sweet & very down to earth. Food is amazing but the staff the y have is very rude. I called at 8:40pm 20 min before the restaurant closing time & they told me we can't take order for pick up because kitchen is closed. It doesn't make sense. 9pm is the closing time & they are refusing before time. As I said owners are wonderful but staff behaviour is non acceptable as if they are the boss. Anyways after multiple complaints no changes were made.
If you're looking for a place that is still relatively affordable with healthy options & good taste you can find that here!The atmosphere is adequate, they have recently done some light touch ups which help. The service is welcoming & quick. I just wish they would make actual Afghan rice & not vermicelli rice…plus not put so much of it as it's a waste. We were a party of 5 & we had a very satisfying supper with drinks & appetizers at under $200.

I had an amazing experience at this Afghan restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, full of rich flavors & perfectly cooked. The service was excellent-friendly & attentive-& the prices were very reasonable for the quality offered. It was my first time trying Afghan cuisine, & I was truly impressed. I'll definitely be coming back again!

Je suis allée dîner avec mes parents un jour de semaine & nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous avons essayé le burger de poulet qui etait absolument délicieux, très goûteux & bien garni. Bien hâte d'y retourner!
CUSTOMER SERVICE = ZERO
On December 24th around 2pm, for the Christmas party we had for company, we placed a large order from this restaurant. The cashier a girl (name on the receipt Rosama ) was extremely rude, disrespectful, & completely unhelpful. Her attitude was unacceptable & made the entire experience very unpleasant. I am very disappointed by this experience & by the behavior of this girl. When we received the food, we told her that we would never return due to such appalling customer service!!!!
Her behavior was shocking, disappointing, completely unprofessional, & truly regrettable!!!
I hope the owner of this place takes customer service seriously & ensures that their staff, especially the cashier, behaves politely & helpfully, as this is extremely important!!!!
Too much salt in everything.
We ordered Chaplee kebab..as it's Afghani cousin but it has too much curry flavor...too far from original. Not going back..
