"Seems a bit unhygienic. The food is little below average. Fillet mignon was hard as it could get. The chicken was over spiced. As typical Afghan food has minimal spices. Ice cream was good though. The tea cup had a lipstick from previous guest. The waitress was nice to exchange the cup for me when I asked her."
