Resto Bar Le Dauphin is described across reviews as a lively brasserie with strong seafood options and solid brasserie dishes, but experiences vary widely: some visits feature warm, attentive service, quick seating, and dishes like a delicious fondue or a generous plate of shrimp that impress, while others report slow service, missed drink orders, and meals where components fall short such as dry potatoes, a very dry burger or a cote de boeuf served overly thin. The ambiance is praised for being welcoming and energetic, yet can be noisy and some guests note little follow up or water refills when the service slows. Maintenance is mentioned as a concern by some, with small bathrooms and a need for upkeep, and there are occasional hiccups such as a power outage that affected dish availability. Across the board, the menu and seafood are valued and many diners leave satisfied, but the most consistent positive experiences come from attentive service, timely kitchen execution, and a welcoming staff that tries to accommodate requests even when policies complicate things.
Le service fut long!
